My experience working with Sustainable Construction was that they are very diligent and professional. They are nice to work with. I would recommend using Sustainable Construction to friends. They communicate well.
The area where I was most satisfied with Sustainable Construction was they communicate well.
I haven't had any problems.
We have used Sustainable Construction for three projects at two different properties now.....nothing but impressed every step of the way. Their knowledge of green construction is simply superior to others in the field. Loved the HEPA filter that was clearing our air the entire time the work was going on.
Great company......most important they can think outside the box.
Their people were very pleasant and professional and always wanted to make sure I was happy with their work.
Sustainable Construction provided personal client care unlike any construction/home improvement company we have worked with previously. They were always available for questions/concerns and were always very reliable. They also have knowledge of green and/or sustainable practices and materials that I was unable to find elsewhere in a full service contractor. I'm sure our project was not a large one for them but we always felt like we were top priority, which is so rare. Whenever we brought up a concern it was addressed immediately and with true concern for 100% resolution. We plan to request their services again in our home and would highly recommend them to others.
I found them on the internet when researching "green contractors"
The personal client care they provide is unlike any construction/home service I have worked with. This is the main reason we hired them - they are reliable and willingly to work with you on any detail no matter how small.
Mid-project we had some communication issues because there were too many people involved in project planning rather than one specific person in charge of our project. However, as soon as we voiced our concern, it was addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. The remainder of the job was well communicated and a true pleasure.
For some of the work done, they were very competitive with other estimates. For some work, namely painting, the cost was above average. However, the service, care and attention to detail is above average as well.
We did have some communication concerns in the middle of the project. Once they were discussed with Daniel and Amelia, they were quickly addressed and resolved.
Excellent customer service. Very high quality of work. Outstanding subcontractors. I would highly recommend to friends or collegues for wide range of projects. Sustainable Construction are at the top of their category in the range of construction companies I have worked with in the past.
We've used them for a number of projects.
Excellent customer service, quality of work and responsiveness. Excellent communication.
Occasional delays (they were pretty minor). Occasional miscommunciation about pricing (that was also pretty minor).
They had great communication.
I heard about them from friends.
They kept cost reasonable.
The quality of workmanship is excellent.
1.Daniel's fast and personal attention to my problem2.John's and Daniel's handling of an unsatisfactory work ethic by a subcontractor3. Daniel's concern that the problem was rectified, shown by his follow up phone call.
I was most satisfied with the professionalism of the workers.
Nothing that I can think of, they were great.
Communication and the work completed by the installers.
My daughter used them.
Communication, general quality of the work, and timeliness.
budget, price, quality, management
They are just wonderful people.
On the web.
They explained what was required.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
It is important to note that GuildQuality does not endorse the qualifications of any company. We make no predictions, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, about the quality of any work a company on this website may provide. GuildQuality does not accept any liability whatsoever for any harm that might result from any statements presented on this website.
Prospective customers should weigh a multitude of factors when choosing the right building company, and never depend on a single source when making their decision to purchase a home or hire a contractor.
