Reborn was outstanding. I hope I can find the words to convince everyone who is thinking of redoing their cabinets what a great company Reborn is. It has been months since they finished and we still marvel with delight at the beauty of our kitchen. We love every single detail. Simple as that. We are finicky people to start with and conscience of all details. And, it is the details that we love. To begin with, I was so skeptical about refacing. However, when we learned that Reborn uses solid wood doors, dove-tailed drawers, quarter inch wood over cabinet bodies, solid wood crown moulding, soft-close doors and drawers we were sold. Everyone involved in our kitchen did their job perfectly. It isn't everyday that one comes across a company that goes the extra mile like Reborn. It was a pleasure working with them. They far exceeded our hopes and expectations!Ok, the only bad thing is that now our kitchen is more beautiful than the rest of our home!!!

My overall experience with Reborn Cabinets was very positive. You're always a little hesitant when strangers are coming to do work in your home. There are always little glitches with remodeling projects, which I think everyone understands. Knowing this, I'm able to confidentially say how professional they were. When they came they covered our carpets, and did everything needed to effectively clean the job site. All of the work was clearly explained, and we were able to shop through their products before making any final decisions. The transformation of our bathroom has been beautiful, they do beautiful work, and they offer beautiful products.

From the beginning I felt listened to by designer. We picked out product according to my wishes and in every aspect the designer was there for me (picking tile, hardware, countertops, etc) . Once the project began I got scheduling calls from very delightful people (you could hear the smiles in their voices). If there was a problem the project manager addressed it immediately. I was consulted along the way with every aspect of the project. Trust your professionals, they know what they are doing but you have the last word and then live with it. Ultimately I would say with refacing, don't expect perfection, walls are perfectly square, etc., etc. Go with the flow, take care with every decision and live with your decision. Reborn delivers that's all I can say.

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
