Before I had an old-fashioned kitchen and now I have a modern up-to-date beautiful kitchen. Before I had tile backsplash but you'd never noticed them but not when people walk in they say "oh did you get new tile backsplashes?" Our kitchen just looks bright and modern and just a wonderful place and it makes our whole home look more bright and cheerful.
I love the product- it looks great. The kitchen looks beautiful- it definitely met my expectations.
I remodeled my bathroom: new shower, new vanity, everything. When Thomas White, the designer approached me, I was not sure what I wanted. I decided to go with the project he came up with. He was very nice and friendly, and very patient with me. I was very pleased with the crew who came to install, they were nice and courteous. I was very pleased with the project overall and would definitely recommend Reborn Cabinets.
They were very professional. They were on time on the date they said they would start and they actually finished two days earlier than scheduled. Their promptness and scheduling was perfect.
When the really big project, which will be our kitchen remodel in July is completed, I will be more than happy to write a review. That will be the big test.

Reborn does a good job advertising and selling the product. But after my new shower enclosure was completed I discovered a product defect...the shower floor pan had too much flex in a certain area. I have tried to get them to either repair, replace or refund my money. They are very poor at handling warranty work and you will have to lead the way because most of their efforts focus on selling product and seem to have little help to handle warranty complaints. I have processed a Billing Dispute with my credit card company until this safety defect is resolved.
My experience with Reborn Cabinets was very rewarding. The employees were always very professional, very efficient, and they communicated consistently with me throughout my project.
After we received four quotes and doing research on each company it was an easy decision to go with Reborn. There design, reputation, on time performance price and letting us pick out and purchase our faucets, toilets sinks, fans were most contractors want you to buy from them
Our Sales rep. Paul Colin did a excellent job from our initial home consultation to helping us pick out the bathroom cabinets, Granite, tile and putting it all together for us. Phillip our project manager was responsive to our questions and concerns. He made sure things were taken care of in a timely manner.I also thought they do a good job with there call center and letting you know when sub contractors will be showing up.The most important aspect was that they completed the project on schedule.
My only concerns were in regards to the quality and finishing on time. They exceeded both of those expectations.
They were the second estimate that we got and I knew two people who had used them so I could see the results of their work. It was their fair price and seeing their work for why we chose Reborn.
The price and the final results were what I was most satisfied with.
I had a terrible experience with Reborn Cabinets and I would not recommend them to anyone. They have poor quality products, and have extremely poor communication.
I am dissatisfied with one of the subcontractors. I asked not to come back because of the poor quality if workmanship. The second crew is excellent. John has been responsive to addressing our concerns. The first impression is a lasting one and they did not leave me with a good one.
The contracted construction team from Reborn was very professional, very thorough, and very meticulous in their work. They did a superb job on my kitchen.
I don't have any problems with their company. At the beginning, I was kind of skeptical because they were going to tear down my shower without giving me a chance to contact my insurance company. That was a concern that I had. I talked to someone over there and they gave me seven days to call my insurance just in case. After that, everything went smoothly.
I was not satisfied with the salesman and how he represented the company on the loan agreement. His promises were not fulfilled and now I am paying for it. I gave him a predated deposit check with specific instructions to not cash it for a week to allow the funds to transfer, but he did not listen correctly and it resulted in an overage fee.
I would say that if you're going to use Reborne, make sureto get a date in concrete so that you can be sure of when they'll show up to do the job. And make sure that you take up any problems you have with the installer because once the installation is done no one will want to talk to you or find out how the job went. Make sure you get all of your facts straight before you start the contract.
Reborn is very prolific in their advertising and getting their word out about their quality of their workmanship. I checked out their showroom and was very impressed. We went from there and it was quite an enjoyable experience.
Reborn did a beautifully professional job of refacing our cabinets and installing new drawers. The kitchen now looks much larger and the cabinet doors and drawers are much higher quality and more usable than the originally installed items. I'd recommend Reborn for this kind of work without any reservations.
Reborn cabinets far exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend them. The entire process went smoothly from beginning to end and we have received such positive feedback from all who have seen our new kitchen. Great job Reborn!!
My wife and I have been married going on 48 years. Up until 4 years ago we had owned a small Antique Auto Restoration shop for 25 years. Reborn Cabinets addressed all of my issues. The team was excellent all the way around. The salesman cared about what we wanted and scheduling was easy. The installers were also great. They got in and did a great job while also keeping everything clean.
The work was done much better than I even expected. I've never had resurfaced cabinets before and I was blown away at how good they look. If we ever redesign anything again I'd definitely use them again.

Our experience was exceptional from the moment we were greeted at the front door. We were fortunate to have the professional assistance of Miles who helped us design the refaced kitchen we really wanted along with a bathroom vanity. We were skeptical about refacing but now we are believers! We love our kitchen! We love our cabinets! Everyone on the Reborn team that worked on our project were professional and passionate about there work and our satisfaction. Their goal was achieved!
I had a concern with the poor quality of the "standard" trash rollout that I felt was substandard at best, given the outstanding product we received otherwise. The Reborn team heard my concern and replaced it with a quality rollout, at no further charge, which is now quite satisfactory. We feel this was an exceptional business practice gesture and is much appreciated. Hooray for great customer service!!! It falls in line with the overall product we received and paid for. I believe Reborn should consider eliminating the "standard" rollout all together. The customer should not be faced with having to pay for an upgrade when there should be anticipated initial quality.
Reborn Cabinets provides a quality product for a reasonable price. Reborn Cabinets meets all scheduling requirements and their installation crew was very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
