They were very thorough and explained all of the process in detail. It was very thorough from the salesperson to the installation crew. There was a gentleman who came to check on things afterwards. He was very pleasant and thorough.

All of the employees we had contact with were kind and considerate. Worksite was clean and uncluttered. We believe we purchased a quality product.

The project was professional from start to finish. I loved the service I received.

I enjoyed the salespeople and the presentation. We had some issues with the front window that needed fixing, and I agreed with them, but all my windows needed upgrades. We agreed on the price, and it was delivered in one day, and my windows look perfect.

They were very professional and worked fast anf efficently. They cleaned up after themselves which is a plus! Finished the job earlier than I expected them to.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all because they lied to me. When I purchased the product, they called me saying that it wouldn't get so hot. The windows were supposed to be insulated, which is a lie. My house still gets very hot. The material is very cheap material. They told me it wasn't going to be plastic, but it is. When they sold me the windows, there was a big gap between all the windows, and they said it would be covered. All they did was put cheap foam to fill in those gaps, which makes me freak out. When they installed them, the material they put outside is plastic. They covered the rotting wood with plastic. The plastic they put on is loose, and you can lift it very easily, so I'm concerned that when we get rain, the water is going to go through my windows. When they left, they left a lot of stuff on the floor, counters, and everywhere. I spent the whole next day cleaning up their mess. I had a roll of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms, and they used the whole roll. They left me an empty roll lying on my bathroom sink. They didn't even take the time to put it in the trash. They made a dent on the baseboard, a scratch, and they didn't cover it. When they removed one window outside, the paint was removed from the siding and they didn't do anything about it. They just left a big spot outside. They made a scratch above the window in the kitchen, and they just put on some white paint. My kitchen wall is gray. They put a thin layer of white paint on, and you can still see the scratch.

Communication and no pressure to go through with the project right away

The sales reps were nice, however, I was told that price estimates/discount sheet could not be left with me. I found that a little odd since the pricing is supposedly good for a year.

The salesman didn't overstate stuff. He did't push me to make a decision immediately. He clearly repeated whatever I did not understand. I felt confident when I signed the installstion papers.
