Nowadays, there are so many service providers available, whether it's web-based or otherwise. You never know which providers are truly qualified and will do what they say they will do. It's refreshing to me that Painting Plus is one of these companies. They do what they say they will do and won't leave until the customer is satisfied. In 2013, that's a rare quality.
After being in our home for 20 years and not having any work done to it, Painting Plus took the stress away by helping me see where I needed to fix things and doing them in the correct order. I had trouble making decisions and they helped me make those decisions. My home looks 100% better.
I thought that they provided a very professional quality job. I think that it is good that a company follows up and wants not just positive feedback, I think that it is good that they use a third party for this process as well.

They are more than willing to come back if the job needs some re-touching. Charlies really cares to get 100% client satisfaction, so he will personally quality inspect the job.

Nice people but need a course in management of projects. My project should of taken 6-7 days and was 24 days before it was completed. Talk a good game but that's what it is....TALK!!!
Painting Plus replaced the cedar on our home with HardiPlank, then painted the entire exterior including all of our decks and our dock, and replaced our gutters and all of our exterior lights. We were very satisfied and have had many positive comments from neighbors, inclulding one comment that our home looked like it was brand new. The crew exhibited professionalism and the ability to deal with many technical issues. They were very polite and always cleaned up the entire site every evening. Our salesman and contact point, John Martin, was excellent. He was always available and very knowledgeable about the entire process and quick to resolve any issue. We would highly recommend Painting Plus and actually have recommended them to several neighbors already.
Their price is competitive and their quality is better than any painting services I have ever received before. Don't hire if you are in a specific time frame.
Painting Plus performed a great exterior painting job for my new golf training center. All of them did a terrific job with high quality service.
They were friendly and professional. They tended to every detail of the project and we were very pleased. So many people have seen the project and wanted to do same thing to their house, and I even understand that one of our neighbors is having the same porch put on, so others are very aware of the work they did. We're very proud of their work and proud to be associated with them.

I was impressed with the salesman's assessment of what needed to be done and how best to accomplish it. As a retired engineer that has always done my own home maintenance, I could tell that the proposal was right on - nothing more or less than needed to be done. Included was replacing our deteriorated cedar siding with hardy plank and an excellent paint job. We now have a house that looks great, is sealed from air and water, and has fire-resistant siding. We are very pleased with the work done and are very proud of our house.
Painting Plus has been doing painting and home repair projects for us for over 10 years. They recently completed our home addition, including complete siding replacement, and window replacement. They are experts at what they do.
Jon, our salesperson. He had everything we needed for the next day, throughout the project. He even arranged to cut trees so that the project could progress. And he did it when I wasn't in town. He went ahead and paid for it out of his own pocket. it was exceptional.

My house is a ceder house, and they are more familiar with traditional homes. So they fell short not sticking with the architectural design of the house, versus making it a cookie cutter house. Mine was little different.
They gave me a flyer a year before, and we had them come out to give me a quote.They were the best price in the market. When we were ready to the remodeling, we just had them come back and quote us and they were still the best price.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
