The P.J. Fitzpatrick crew was very clean, neat, and polite. They didn't give us any trouble; they just went about their work. They didn't take time off, monkey around, or talk to each other like workmen usually do.

The salesman was professional and courteous. The workmen who did the installation were professional and did the job in a timely manner. When I had a concern, they were able to respond to it very quickly. Overall it was a very positive experience. The only issues we had with the company was the communication at the beginning of the process which ultimately delayed our project.
Everything went well. The work was very professional and they did a great job. Unfortunately, they didn't foresee the additional rotted wood that would have to be replaced, and now we have to pay more than we originally agreed upon.
I would hire them again for any project and I would recommend them again to anyone. They did an exceptional job and they are a fine group of people to work with.
I'm satisfied with what they have done so far, but I am unsatisfied with the fact that this door won't lock. I've been in and out of the house the past three days, and it doesn't lock, which is a problem.
I would like to recognize the project engineer at P.J. Fitzpatrick for his exceptional service. He was really good. He came out and tried to match the previous shingle that I had on the back. He did a very good job and was very knowledgeable. I believe his name was Ron.
PJF completed two window replacement projects for us. The sales person was knowledgeable and candid, the products were high quality, the workers were careful, fast and skilled and the pricing was fair. We will have them back.
I think Curt Riley summed it up well when he said "P.J. Fitzpatrick wants you to look at this as their home - we will take care of everything." Curt was great to work with. I was able to call him with any questions, and he always took the time to talk through things and make sure it was what I wanted. He's a very good person.
if you have a need that they offer, you will get the best product, best service, and best attitude. one can pay less but may not be able to say they are totally satisfied with experience. with p j you will feel you are in expert hands. worth every penny.
P.J. Fitzpatrick fulfilled all of their obligations to us, and we were quite satisfied with the work and the roof when they were finished. I feel that Jeremy and the installation crew were very professional and courteous, and that is very important to me.
The main reason why we were getting windows is because we're expecting our first child. P.J. Fitzpatrick did the installation in a timely fashion. We certainly didn't want drafty windows with a kid, and P.J. did everything they promised to do in timely fashion and at the agreed price. The house much warmer now, and everything is great.
Mike Zaiss was fantastic. He had an actual window he could dismantle and show me the features and why they were superior. He made the sale for sure.
I was satisfied with the workmanship, but also they were very nice. They were very easy to deal with and personable, and it was pleasant. I would use them again. I'm sorry that I got new windows before I knew about them. I would use them again if I would need siding. I really liked them very much.

The company was very professional from start to finish. We enjoyed meeting with all of the representatives, from the truck driver to the man who installed the gutters on the house. More importantly, everyone we came in contact with had the personal touch. We liked the discount. We were happy that we could find them on Angie's list. My experience working with P.J. Fitzpatrick was I'm very satisfied with the work that they did and all of the things that they covered. I would recommend their company to a friend.
While the installation teams at PJ Fitzpatrick are top-notch, the salesmen and project managers left a lot to be desired.There is a huge lack of communication throughout the company, as well as with clients.Our window installation was a very disappointing experience. To name just a few issues we had: - We felt pressured during the sales process. - We had a request to change a window type from the original agreement which was not acknowledged on any paperwork for the rest of our contract. - We called our sales rep several times regarding concerns and also a request for a quote for a sliding door and never heard back. - We had to resort to emailing the company to get any response. - Lead paint was found in our old windows, but this was not communicated to the installation team and thus the lead paint was not actually handled with the proper care, potentially exposing us and our 4-month-old daughter to danger. - Further calls regarding our account were left unanswered, except by the finance dept. So the left the impression of only calling when they wanted their money, not to make sure we were happy or had problems resolved.
Each person I dealt with was professional, courteous and efficient and clearly explained all details of the jobs and pricing. They conducted themselves in a professional manner, hardworking, and craftsmen. It was from start to finish, extraordinary. All the folks that came through my home and worked over the phone with me were extraordinary. I wish I could name each person by name. My parents used them and they were treated very well and I really appreciated that. Good folks in my book. I couldn't be happier.
Josh Radulski is an excellent salesperson, pleasant and courteous and aware of the economy that has affected everyone. All of the installers were neat with their work, there was no cleanup for me at all. All work was done in a satisfactory time and manner. I would recommend your company to anyone.
Before doing costly spot repairs, closer attention should be given to whole area surrounding repair to ascertain if the requested "fix" will be sufficient or will it cause further problems that will need repair.
P.J. Fitzpatrick was not the cheapest of my estimates, but I wanted a trouble-free, reliable, and quality job, and one of my neighbors strongly recommended the company. And my neighbor was right. From the initial estimate to the final clean-up, I was impressed by everyone involved. At one point, there was an unforseeable problem, and perhaps a company is best judged by how they deal with the unexpected and unforseeable. John Mock spent a lot of time with me, explained options, and carried out the solution to my complete satisfation. And everyone I dealt with seemed to me competent and friendly, Nice job, guys!
The salesman Brian MacCrory was excellent. He was not only selling but advising me about optons. He provided lots of information and a very thorough estimate. I did not feel pressured to make an immediate decsion, but I did think that he gave me everything that I needed to consider such a major project and to consider my options. When I had follow-up questions, he got back to me promptly.John Mock provided exceptional service as well--as did the two-person insulation crew that he supervised.The clean-up person who came the days after the roof installation was excellent. My property never looked as good as it did after he was finished!Actually it is unfair to signal out just a few people. I spent the most time with Brian MacCrory and John Mock. I suspect if I had spent more time with other P. J. Fitzpatrick people that I would also cite them for exceptional service.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
