The installation went well, and I thought that they did a very professional job. I had one issue, and it was corrected the next day at no extra cost. Although they were the most expensive, I beleive they were truly worth the price. Any qustions I had were answered by Carlos, the project manager. They started around 8 A.M. and were busy all day. Cleanup was amazing; someone was constantly going around the house picking up waste and job materials. The slate roof looks wonderful and I would tell everyone to consider P. J. Fitzpatrick for all roofing repairs.
The installer was actually here ahead of schedule, went right to work, protected my kitchen counters and our security system, and cleaned up everything... I LOVE my new window. I no longer have to climb in the kitchen sink to open it!
PJF has an overcomplicated business model. After the initial visit with the sales rep, he is never seen again. The project is then handed over to a Project Manager who seems to be the most experienced of the components, but when the installation crew arrive the PM is not present. Then the follow up activities are provided by yet another team, apparently more junior and less experienced. Very frustrating!
Everyone arrived at promised time. Work was done in the amount of time promised. Very clean. Would not have known there was any work done on our property-not a trace of trash, debris. Very satisfied with the work done.

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.
Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
