I beleive that the construction crew at Opal enterprises was curteous, clean, and knew what they were doing. They set the bar for window professionals in the field. Should we have future projects I will contact them.

This construction project was the most outstanding experience that we have had with any project in our house. It was because the Opal crew were so professional, and their workmanship was so outstanding. The final product is great. We love our house!
Eli was very helpful. Peter was outstanding. He knew how to do everything. Peter's brother (I can't remember his name) was also great. We were surprised that the owner of the company came and looked over the project. We thought that was especially good. All of the crew was very polite. They cleaned up, and worked hard. They were outstanding.
We wondered how it would look at the end. We did have the computer generated pictures that gave us an idea. However, those were not too accurate. It was hard to get a very good picture of it (because of the shape of our house). They took their time and asked us about things.
The house turned out better then we expected. People walking by stop and make comments about how nice it looks. It took us a long time to decide how we wanted to do things (colors, etc). Eli was very patient with us. He gave us list of addresses that had the colors so we could see them on different houses. We did some things that were a little different then what the crew was used to. They explained our choices to us and were careful to do it how we wanted it done. We are really so, so pleased with the results.
Opal Enterprises has very quality and very trustworthy people. I trust them to follow through on everything that they said they would do. I am very happy with the work that they did for me.
Opal Enterprises did a nice job on installation. They were prompt and courteous while on the job site, and they cleaned up the areas well when they were finished. However, Opal needs to do a better job on follow up on the "punch list" items - those things that needed fixing/updates after initial install. They missed 3 service appointments, and did not call me - I had to call them. The owner is apologetic and still working with me to get the outstanding items taken care of. If Opal can develop a better process for handing off issues from the field to the office for follow up, they would get an "A" rating overall from me. Right now, they get an A for installation and a C- for servicing after the fact.
I believe them to be honest and professional people who are looking out for the interest of the homeowner. The integrity of the company is worth the price that you pay for their services. They are very thorough and explained everything to me. I've learned more about roofs than I ever thought I would know!
I was totally satisfied with the workmanship of the project. The beauty and the quality of the results were very pleasing. Everything fits together nicely. Zero defects! They did such a good job. We had our whole house done.
We really liked the end result. It is beautiful and better than we expected. The house is warmer and quieter than before.

Opal Enterprises did a fantastic job on our roof, siding and window project. They correctly wrapped our house with the Hardie wrap before installing the windows and then the siding. The crew was courteous and attentive to our requirements of performing the job to specification. The crew was also always on time and left the job site very clean at the end of each work day. The crew also contains some excellent carpenters. I would highly recommend Opal for any individual considering Andersen windows or James Hardie Siding.
The on-site staff was terrific. They were very hard-working and did a great job on our Andersen windows, Hardie siding and GAF roof.
I would say we had a phenomenal experience. They answered all our questions thoroughly and addressed all aspects of the project. That made us feel comfortable going with them to have our roof done in addition to some remodeling they did.
Tom did a great job.
It's a costly project so we wanted to make sure it was done right the first time. Tom took took time to explain everything in great detail to make us feel comfortable.
Excellent communications with Jake and Tom. They are extremely detail oriented, and everything was done in a timely.

I have had several of my neighbors stop by to tell me how beautiful my new siding looks. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism all of the employees displayed. The work team was efficient and hardworking despite some of the weather delays. While working they were tidy and at the end of the day clean up. I would recommend Opal to my friends.
Mark, my foreman, and his crew, did an excellent job. They stuck to the schedule even though it was hot outside and did great work.

Ryan was the sales guy. He did a good job of clearly outlining the scope of work and coming up with solutions. Jake the project manager and his his crew did a really good job of putting up the siding. They had a lot of skill.
Or concern was that the scope of work. It was a very large house, and we were worried about what issues we would uncover. It went fairly smoothly when we did uncover some unexpected issues.
We were all set to chose a contractor when someone told us about Angie's List and we decided to check that out. Opal Enterprises stood out as an outstanding contractor with excellect reviews. As a result we contacted Opal for a quote and we could not have been happier with that decision. They lived up to our expections in every way. I would definately recommend Opal to anyone looking to do similar projects. This was a very expensive project for us and so choosing the right contractor was key.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.
All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
