Oneida Builders is a multi faceted construction firm specializing in restoration of residential properties. The owner, Rocco Sinisgalli, a master craftsman prides his business on the highest quality workmanship and personal one to one customer service.
Our firm has been involved in various phases of the construction business for over 20 years. We are active members of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and serve on several committees. Including serving as Chair on the Remodeler's Council for 2008
Rocco served as Vice president and President of the inner Atlanta Chapter in 2000-2001. In 1998 and in 2001 Oneida Builders won the professionalism award for Kitchen remodeling. In 2003 and 2006 Oneida Builders took top honors for whole house renovation and Master bathroom. The highest accolade given by Atlanta housing Industry.
Typical projects include custom home renovations from kitchen and bath to basement finishing and complete home additions. We begin with providing the client a computerized estimate, a detailed construction agreement, references, certificate of insurance and we offer a company warranty with every job. Once the project has begun we provide the client with an updated schedule at the end of every week. Any changes in the project are documented with a change order and necessary revisions are reviewed with the client. This insures no surprises.

We are a full service residential remodeling company. We do everything in house from the drawings to the interior design.

The biggest challenge right now is the economy. People are nervous about spending.
What's next for your company
We are buying houses in Dunwoody and doing complete renovations and selling them.
