I recently purchased a home that was in need of new windows throughout the house. I heard about North Georgia Replacement Windows during a radio spot, and had no idea that advertisement would lead to a relationship with a company that far exceeded any of my expectations. From the very beginning of the experience with NGRW until the final completion of our home project I can only think to compliment them by saying that in every respect our window replacement project was conducted literally as if these folks were working on their own home ... and I mean that in every sense of the word. They were courteous, professional, and even fun to be around, but their dedication to detail (including thorough job site clean up each night) was unmatched with any experience I have had. I cannot conceive of any single work project category from start to finish where I would give NGRW a score less than a perfect TEN. I am totally confident with any recommendation being made for North Georgia Replacement Windows.
Robby and his crew made promises to us that were only exceeded by their actions in every respect. They treated us and our home as if they were 'guests' (which indeed they were), and conducted themselves in a manner that would make any mother proud ... I say this because they were not only very capable and professional, but had great humor, and fun to be around. Anyone would feel very comfortable with inviting Robby's crew into their home, and no doubt would be immediately impressed with how they conduct themselves and complete the work they do ... not to mention how they completely clean up the job site at the close of the work day. Robby's team represents NGRW very impressively, and should be recognized for their exemplary work.
The best way I can think to compliment this Company and the crew that was sent to install our windows is to acknowledge that in every respect the work was done as if it was their own home being renovated. Every conceivable aspect of this project was not only thoroughly briefed up front, but was then carried out with even more attention to detail, AND at a pace that closed the project much earlier than planned. I don't know that I have ever worked with a group of people who put more emphasis on customer satisfaction during each phase of an 'event' than NGRW. On their survey scale of "0 to 4" I awarded NGRW all 4's .. though I actually feel they earned a "10" in every category. In fact I told them I would 'proudly leave their sign posted in my front yard for a while'. It's now 3 weeks after the project .. every window is beautiful, and functions perfectly, we are obviously more than satisfied, and the NGRW sign still stands at my front curb.
I've done probably 15 or 20 house remodels, and they're one the best vendors I've worked with.

I hired NGRW to fix a door problem that had been plaguing me for three years. NGRW's employee came in and spent a lot of time and energy trying to fix this problem. When it was obvious it couldn't be fixed they provided a replcement door at a great price and only cherged me for a small par tof the original service call and only made that charge after I insisted they should. I will be doing business with them again.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).
All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
