The super superintendent on the job did a great job-Edgar Ortega. Edgar was very professional. We asked them if they needed to use the bathroom if they needed water, and he always told us that they were just fine. He did an exceptional job. I half-jokingly remarked, after they cleaned up, that I saw finger prints up there, and he immediately asked his crew if they had some 409 cleaner. I told them I did, and they went up and cleaned them off. I asked for extra ply wood, and he brought some. He was very professional and responsive.

I think it's a true quality roof system that was proposed and installed. I thought their site guys were really good. They were very respectful and did the job efficiently. They worked very hard. Payment and all their people were fine.

I am really happy with the product. It's nice to have things done correctly and not have to do a ton of follow up.

Antonio, the in-the-field contractor, was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. He corrected all issues in a satisfactory way. He and his team did a great job of adjusting the slope of our back porch roof and great install of roof for that change in the contract. Solution for the existing skylight was great.

The only time was when we forgotten a few details about covering our things up in the attic dust got everywhere. It wasn't necessarily anyones fault but the crew helped us clean up our things afterwards.

I felt like the team that came was very capable. They couldn't get ahold of us one day but there was some rotted so they took some pictures and emailed them to us. I thought that was very professional.
