Your sales rep Frank Rosse is a big fat liar.

Once I 'signed off' on my project (two tub to walk-in shower remodels) I discovered a minor issue. I made repeated calls to the number I was given for my 'project supervisor' and never got a call back. After project customer service is very important to me, and this showed me that if something comes up after I sign off on the 'completed' project, there would most likely be NO after project response from this company. I won't be using them again in the future, nor will I recommend them to any family/friends.

Overall, the project was completed with quality. I was a bit disappointed that photos and video of the project while being completed was not provided as promised. We did receive some photos post project, but it didn’t seem like we got what was expected. With that said, overall, good job and I would recommend Long Home for roofing projects.

The material is great. Measurements created a 2 month holdup

The estimated completion time was 4 to 6 weeks and it took 11 weeks for the project to commence. Additionally, the wrong walls were ordered and installed, the wrong ceiling panel was installed, and we were offered a refund to accept the shower walls as installed (which has not yet been received). Additionally, we are now at 3.5 months and we've not received any information as to when the correct matching ceiling panel will be received to complete the installation and ceiling repair.

Continued calls asking to set up appointment after the arrangements were already made. I actually got another one 1 month after the project was done asking when we could get together to set up a time for the installation. Office communications is a disaster.

The contractor hired by Long Home almost felled of the roof, because they did not use a harness. He ended up going through my bedroom ceiling. They did repair the ceiling after.

Everything. Quick,the workers were fantastic.they worked steady and kept everything neat . They cleaned our driveway so well. I highly recommend long homes and they grew.

I thought they were excellent. They informed me and walked me through every step. They cleaned up after themselves, were very polite and prompt. I have nothing bad to say. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

The team that came out was polite and very professional. They took care to cover my floors and cleaned up before they left. The new shower is beautiful. Actually better than I expected. The supervisor came out when the job was done and assured me that if I had any problems or concerns, they would take care of it. I couldn’t be happier!

The process was poor resulting in multiple phone calls and visits to complete. Contractors who did the work said when they arrived "they did not tell me I had to do this" I don't have the right material and it won't get done today and on and on.

We always use Long Homes for exterior projects. We trust them.

Setting up a time for the work to be done, the lack of inconvenience, and the end result were well worth the price.

It’s possible but not likely. I did not like the pricing technique. First responder discount, veteran discount, “free trip” thrown in, the I can do it for this price now, but not next week line. This bathroom was way over priced. I know that. We had just gone through a contractor scam for hurricane damages. Had it not been for an insurance settlement, I would not have contracted with you.

The workmen were timely, polite and did excellent work. They finished the job in one day’s time, cleaned up, removed their trash and left with a friendly goodbye.

Quality of materials is not what we expected for a tub to shower replacement for $30k
