Jeff did a great job. I think everybody that we came in contact with was very great. Working with them was a breath of fresh air. Time-wise and service-wise they did a great job all around. Jeff was our main contact, and he was always available for us when we needed his help.

Jeff Torres. He did an excellent job from start to finish. Mark the warranty guy has been excellent with any issues we've had. Also Dave, the project lead. He was very good with answering all our questions throughout the process. Bob Long himself. We had an unforeseen issue arise on the outside of the house. He came down himself and spoke to us to resolve the issue. That was great to see.

Looking forward to landscaping to complete the whole project. The total process was completed in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Thanks to everyone at Long Built Homes for making this experience an enjoyable one.

I wanted to personally thank the entire team at Long Built Homes for helping us through the process of buying our first home. Matt Medeiros was extremely professional and helped us close on the property in a short amount of time so we were able to get the tax credit. Zac also helped us through the possibility of building in a professional and patient manner.

Zac Souza and Matt Medious sp? and Mark in home warranty were great. They responded to our request in a timely mannor. I would buy another home from Longbuilt homes in a heartbeat.

Keep doing what you do. The most important factor to me was communication. I never had to call/contact anyone twice, where in todays society, playing "phone tag" unfortunately seems to be the norm.

Jeff Torres was excellent in helping me and my husband with our purchase on our first home. He did everything possible to follow through with getting us our closing as soon as possible. Mark Normandin is excellent with responding to any warranty issues. Although we have been fortunate and have not had any huge issues, the small ones that we did have he took care of right away. Long Built is an excellent company to work with and i would highly recommend them.

Matt , Jeff, and Marc have been wonderful to work with and helped me feel at ease.

Manny and his crew are very professional and work very hard. They created a wonderful lot and worked hard to ensure a nice grade. We appreciated his insight concerning our driveway placement. Awesome!

Dave came across as very personable. He answered all of our questions in a manner in which we could understand even though we knew nothing about construction. Dave spent a lot of time with us at the pre-drywall meeting.

Jeff was very helpful and responsive during the entire process. He answered about 100 questions at the beginning of the process and was always very friendly. He always returned our phone calls. Give that man a raise!

Zac and Dave had been very helpful to us. We would like to thank you for all of their help.
