Kingston Design Remodeling

We have had a wonderful experience with Kingston Design Remodeling. They have worked very hard to make our dreams become reality. Elizabeth, our designer, did a great job of applying our needs into the kitchen design. Our new kitchen is now very user friendly. That was our primary request together with maximum storage capability. We made many additions as the job progressed, but they did their best to work within our requested budget. The workmanship that Ken did is exceptional. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

So far our experience has been exceptional. From the design phase to the actual installation everyone has been very professional and talented.We ran into some unforseen problems with the house and they were able to help us resolve all the issues quickly and to our satisfaction.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Kingston takes the worry out of home renovation. Everyone we worked with was professional, trustworthy, completed the work that was promised, as it was promised and within budget. Their customer service is great! Any questions or requests are answered quickly. I highly recommend Kingston and can't wait to work with the team on a future home project.

Would without question recommend Kingston to anyone who wants quality materials used and above reproach workmanship. Elizabeth was a God-send when it came to recommending both where and what tobuy. She also made sure that the installation (especially the tile) was done properly.It showed that Kingston cared when the owner was at our house quite a few times to make sure things were going as planned. He was most respnsive to all our questions and comments.Mark, the job supervisor, was always on top of things, and easilly reachable by email, telephone or in person.Thank you to all at Kingston Design!!!! Job well done.

As a GuildQuality Guildmember, Kingston Design Remodeling relies on our customer surveying to help them deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We have surveyed customers on behalf of Kingston Design Remodeling in Washington, DC; Takoma Park, MD; Rockville, MD; Alexandria, VA; Fairfax, VA; Bethesda, MD; Springfield, VA; Chevy Chase, MD; Silver Spring, MD; Mclean, VA; and 3 other cities in Virginia and Maryland.

In this report, Kingston Design Remodeling has published a summary of the customer feedback they've received since they joined GuildQuality in January 2009. In that time, 31 out of 41 customers (76%) responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey, with the most recent response in January 2012.

About GuildQuality and our Guildmembers

Homebuilders, remodelers, real estate developers and home services companies pay GuildQuality for customer surveying and performance reporting. We refer to these companies as GuildQuality Members, Guildmembers, or members.

Our service helps Guildmembers monitor customer satisfaction and -- if they choose to publish survey feedback on our public website at guildquality.com -- articulate the quality of their service for prospective customers.

All of the Guildmember information we publish at guildquality.com has been provided to us either by the member (such as pictures of work and biographical information) or by their customers via one of our surveys (customer comments, performance summaries, and reviews).

Surveys, Comments and Reviews

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.

In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.

A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.

Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
