This was my first time using a contractor and I could not be happier with the outcome (a bathroom renovation.) They were totally professional and highly skilled. When unexpected issues came up they explained them clearly and promptly took care of them. I am forever done with Do-It-Yourself or "friends" helping out on projects. Even the house cat (who they carefully worked around) looked forward to them being here. A very good experience.

I thought that I got quality windows for a reasonable price from Ken Spears. I think I was most impressed with the way they came through on their install date. It was important to me, as a teacher, that they be in before the end of August because I had to be home. I am glad that they came through on that time frame. My neighbor recommended them and said they made good on their promises, and they do. I had two windows installed last year, and I can speak authentically on the importance of the install date because the other company promised my windows by November 1 and they were installed on Christmas eve. It made me a nervous wreck, but it was out of my control. Ken Spears came through and I was really glad.
I was very impressed with the superior workmanship, quality and craftsmanship of Ken Spears Construction. I am very proud of the quality of their work and continue to enjoy it immensely. It gives me quite an up lift to walk in my house and see the changes Ken Spears Construction has made.

All of the customer feedback that we publish is derived from the customers we survey. Our Guildmembers provide us with their customers' contact information, we conduct the surveys, they receive the feedback, and -- if they have chosen to make their feedback public -- the member's performance report is automatically updated to reflect the response. Members may choose to publish a summary of either all of their feedback or their most recent twelve months of feedback.
In addition to average performance ratings and survey statistics, GuildQuality also publishes two types of customer commentary: Comments and Reviews.
A comment has been provided by a survey respondent in response to any one of the survey questions we ask, and a member may or may not choose to publish it. Often customers provide unsolicited testimonials or compliments, and members can choose to share these comments in their published performance report.
Many Guildmembers choose to participate in our formal review process. These members have added an additional question on their survey: "If you'd like to provide a public review of your experience working with the Guildmember, please share it here." In contrast to comments, which a member selects to have published, we publish all reviews, provided they are at least 30 words long. With each review, we include a one to five star rating provided by the survey respondent.
