Everyone I spoke to before and during the job knew what they were doing and seemed to want to do it properly. We had some subsequent storms and all work held without any damage.All personnel were personable and helpful, sales people and construction people alike.

Again, Jack Rohlman was the individual who set the terms and the company delivered.

Jack Rohlman did a very thorough inspection and tailored the job for our needs and to correct a job that was performed prior to our moving into the home. His explanations were straight forward and he gave us the time to discuss. He was also very accommodating after our initial conversation. In addition, the crew was very considerate throughout the process.

I liked that they were very good at communicating when they were coming back, how soon they would finish, and things like that. The communication was very good with the people who did the work.

I'd like to recognize jay. He was a supervisor of the roofing crew. And his top guy was good.

I liked the speed in which they did the work. They told me it'd be done in three to four days, and they did what they said. It wasn't a matter of the guys weren't showing up. They were prompt and took care of business. And they did it right.

I would like to recognize my two installers.

I was most satisfied with the foreman. He was really good. I was impressed with how he handled the molding.
