I would have no hesitation recommending Custom Kitchens to others. I already have recommended them in the past. I would recommend them to people who appreciate the care Custom Kitchens takes. They do a fantastic job and they help achieve what you want done.

I heard about Custom Kitchens 20 years ago from a friend.

Custom Kitchens treats their customers like they are the most important customer they have. They treat your project like it is the most important project they have. What their customer needs, Custom Kitchens does what they can in their power. I trust Custom Kitchens. That is really important for me. You can pay less and go with another company who you can't really trust to show up on time and do the work or you can go with Custom Kitchens and really get what you expected.

This is the fourth project Custom Kitchens did for us. They have done a big kitchen remodel for us before so I knew what I was going to get when I asked Custom Kitchens to do this project.

Staff and subcontractors were very mindful of my convenience and personal space. They were all very competent and did an excellent job.

They took "clean and safe" to a new level. The carpenter used his skill saw outside and one day he even vacuumed our lawnto get rid of the sawdust! That was impressive.

Fun people to work with! They didn't rush or pressure us. It took us over a year from the first meeting to measure the kitchen to completion. I liked that we could do the project in 2 stages: 1) preliminary design work and 2) execution of the project.We were impressed how they meticulously inspected our house, including basement, foundation, plumbing, electrical, ducting, attic space, in order to develop accurate designs and recommendations. Joy and Lily (the designers) and Eric (project manager) are all wonderful, talented people. Ian (the carpenter) was fabulous. They designed a kitchen that integrates well with the rest of our older house, but is unique, eye catching, and totally inviting!!

They remodeled our kitchen many years ago, and we had a good experience back then. We enjoyed working with Eric and Joy.

They were patient, friendly and professional throughout the project. We really feel they put customer service above all else. Their design is excellent; they incorporate customers' desires and ideas; their workmanship is superb; and they always follow through.

Custom Kitchens handled every aspect of my kitchen and powder room renovation, installation of hardwood floors throughout the first floor of my home, and custom built my fire place mantle and surround. They arranged for city inspections, and subcontractors. They were thorough, timely and absolutely enjoyable to work with.

The project was meticulously and carefully developed. This gave me time to formalize my ideas. Joy Wilkins worked through the planning stage patiently and made excellent design suggestions as we finalized my dream kitchen. Eric Jackson supervised the project and was present throughout. He developed the fireplace mantle and steered me through the process of selecting the right stone for the surround. My ideas and pipe dreams were met with respect. Changes were done professionally and timely. Ian, the carpenter was terrific- skilled and meticulous in his work and cleaned up carefully each day.
