Overall, the team did a great job. They started promptly in the morning and worked productively throughout the day. The site was always kept clean. Communicating with the team was easy and responses were timely. Dean, Jose and William did a great job in the field, while Ed did an excellent job of pricing, planning and reasonably managing change orders. The subs that followed framing have all commented on the quality of the framing work. The head of the Los Altos building department performed the rough inspection and specifically called out the quality of the framing.
Will definitely be asking for Dean to manage my next project. His workmanship is excellent, while his views on politics can provide hours of entertainment on the job site! Great job SRF!

Quality is the most important aspect of my business. My business is one-of-a-kind, one-at-a-time. I am not competing in a market with a lot of other contractors, therefore, the mind-set going into this, I don't think was established, as far as, the type of mind-set necessary to do this project.
