Mike was and outstanding lead man. He always made sure the other subcontractors were meeting their objectives. His personality made it very easy to communicate with him.Jennifer Blach was also outstanding. She was always calling or coming by to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction. The only comment we have here is when the kitchen flooring was being removed the helper that Steve had for the day swept dirt and nails between the remaining boards into the lit open basement below. He stopped doing this only when I brought him a large dust pan and asked him to sweep into it. It took hours downstairs to remove the debris from where we had things stored. It was a mess. Steve was in and out during this and I don't think was aware of how he was cleaning up.
