The only negative thing was something that was not in the contract. There was an additional charge, but we just ended up splitting it. They did what they said they were going to do and they did the work promptly. We were satisfied. - May 05, 2009

Brian Allie was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Both Brian and Jimmie Davies answered all our questions and were timely in responding to schedules and supply needs. Steve Jones. There was no problem (regardless of the scope)that he could not solve or resolve. Jennifer made several trips to the cabinet and granite sources with me which I appreciated. Mike was and outstanding lead man. He always made sure the other subcontractors were meeting their objectives. His personality made it very easy to communicate with him.Jennifer Blach was also outstanding. She was always calling or coming by to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction. Clean & Safe
The only comment we have here is when the kitchen flooring was being removed the helper that Steve had for the day swept dirt and nails between the remaining boards into the lit open basement below. He stopped doing this only when I brought him a large dust pan and asked him to sweep into it. It took hours downstairs to remove the debris from where we had things stored. It was a mess. Steve was in and out during this and I don't think was aware of how he was cleaning up. Otherwise Steve kept the work area very clean and protected the floors quite well. - Sep 08, 2009
