Aluminum Company of NC has installed our vinyl siding, our windows and our roof. We have had a few issues with the windows failing, but they they have been replaced every time. A few issues have come up with the vinyl siding, nothing major, and they have been corrected promptly. We would not hesitate to use the Aluminum Company of NC for other projects as they arise.

We have been dealing with Aluminum Company now for about 12 or 14 years and we have been highly satisfied with everything that has happened except for the repair on the roof. We were under the impression that they would pay for 100% of the repair but they didn't. They kind of laid it off onto Dallas. That happened six or seven years ago, and it has been the only thing that has bothered me about working with them. We are still working with them today, so obviously that hasn't bothered me too much, however.

From beginning to end, it was an excellent experience and high quality work. Bill coleman was knowledgeable of the product and presented in a concise , efficient manner. I liked that in giving the price, he didn't go thru a long process of giving deductions - just got to the bottom line which was the same price as an estimate from another company who went thru a long process of coming up with deductions but ended with the same price.
Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable , courteous, and efficient. The owner of the company should be very proud of his representatives.
