I want to state that I was very impressed with the personnel and company as a first time user. They did a really great job.
I would like to recognize Pete Williams. He was very knowledgeable, professional, a really good man, and an all around good guy. Also Shawny, the girl that I spoke to in the office, was knowledgeable, she kept me informed of any changes, and she was very courteous and sweet. They were great.

My experience was, they were very prompt. They came right out and gave me an estimate. They were very courteous, kind, and respectful. They gave us estimates and lots of information. I liked that. Their crew was fast and efficient. They did it right. They did an amazing job.

I was most satisfied with how they were professional, very prompt as far as getting here after the painting started, and they were really hard workers. I was impressed with their work ethic. We had gotten several quotes and they were the only ones that gave us the quote the same day. It was a positive for us.

I tried to post a review to their website, and I haven't been able to get it to post. It might be that my tablet is an Android. I'd love to write something and give them a good review. I've had several people call me for a reference, and one couple came out and looked at the house. I just think they're great. I would advise anybody who needs any type of work that Pete's company does to use them. You won't be disappointed, because they are trustworthy and do good work.
It would be hard to narrow down where I was most satisfied, because everything was so good. They did everything they said they would do, they did it within the time frame they said they would, and they stayed in touch. They were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had.
That was one of the things that I was really impressed with. If I had a question or a concern, I could call Pete, and if he couldn't take the call right then, he would call me right back. He was really good.
These guys were great. I give them rave reviews. If it were a 10, I'd give them a 10

I just had all the windows in my home replaced by All American Exteriors and the experience couldnât have been better. First, I plan on staying in my home a long time, so I wanted quality windows. I researched a lot of window manufacturers and found that Simonton windows provided a high quality product for a reasonable price. The fact that Simonton has the highest satisfaction rating according to J.D. Power and Associates for the past 3 years was icing on the cake. I then contacted All American and everything after that was a pleasure. From the first call, youâre going to be greeted by a pleasant and helpful person. When they said they were going to be here, they were. They were very professional and well organized. When it came time for installation, the installers were also pleasant and professional. They were friendly, respectful and wanted me to be happy with the final product. Iâm not a difficult person to please, but I am picky. I can find something wrong with anyoneâs work. When I mentioned the one issue I found, they addressed it immediately and then asked me to look again to see if I could find something else I wasnât happy with. Before the installers left, another gentleman showed up and he may have been pickier than me. He had the installers washing hand prints off the windows. He also did a walk around with me to make sure neither one of us could find anything we didnât like. A couple days later, they called again to make sure I was still completely satisfied and told me to call if I run across an issue. This is an A+ organization and theyâll treat you right.

The job scope was accurately communicated. The job started on time and was done professionally. I found All American Exteriors to be a quality organization in all areas. I'm very pleased with what was done and will use them and recommend them again.

All American Exteriors gave the most complete and detailed bid on replacing our roof. The bid was professional and completed and computerized in about 30 minutes. They performed all work as agreed with excellent workmanship and materials in a timely manner.

They installed Hardie siding, new windows, gutters, roof sections, and did the work exactly as quoted. When removing old siding found areas of wood damage that needed repairs- did this at their cost. Had a chance to "gouge" the customer and truly did not do it. "Integrity" in doing business is what we value- and this company maintains that as core company mission. The chosen profession they are in- includes lots of companies that are unscrupulous. We would recommend them to anyone.
