Amanda's design team is gifted, and being able to see the final product using their technology gave us confidence that we had made the right design and layout choices before demolition began. They did a good job of using their experience to suggest tweaks in our planning that have paid huge dividends for us. Our project managers were courteous and professional during the build, and they communicated often and openly. Chad's follow up after we moved back in has been great. He calls every few weeks to see how the space is working for us and if any adjustments need to be made. Overall am pleased with the stand alone 2 car garage and new concrete driveway and walkway. Stayed within budget and very pleased with look and finish of the garage. Took longer than expected but mainly due to weather. Communication was excellent and the small issues that arose were handled professionally. Would use them again.

We are a couple of extremely particular and demanding old fogeys. The Hatfield group, (from owner to designer to job foreman to subcontractors), was a perfect match for us as we/they took our 38 year old home down to the studs and transformed it completely. The only thing that remains unchanged is the address. Everything else is amazingly brand new.

Our project with Hatfield Builders and Remodelers was a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and 1st floor renovation. Our family has lived in close quarters for a few months during the renovation and we could not be more pleased with Hatfield. There are many horror stories of bad renovations and dissatisfaction of the final results. We are not those customers. Our design photos look like our final product. The work completed is quality work and any issues along the way have been quickly addressed. The owner Chad Hatfield is well organized and turned something that is traditionally a scary time to an empowering and enjoyable experience. I would absolutely recommend using Hatfield. Our decision to use Chad and his team was the best decision we have made in this whole process.

The overall experience was great. The entire team was amazing to work with and we LOVE our bathroom! Our designer Megan did an outstanding job helping us design our bathroom. She listened to our needs, understood our vision, helped us select the right materials and was so supportive throughout the remodel even when her job was done. William was an awesome project manager and one of the nicest guys to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and everything went smoothly.

Areas For Improvement - There were very few areas that I felt Hatfield Builders fell short on if any. I am a very scheduled person so keeping a schedule is very important to me. There was one blip on the schedule and they owned up to it and worked hard to fix the problem. Mix ups happen, it is how you handle them and Hatfield did a great job on that.

It made for a very smooth remodel as I was living in the house. Also there were very few change orders and the budget stayed on track. Fom Owner Chad to Dustin, Greg, Allison, and Natalie all of them were always quick to respond to a call, text or email to address any questions or concerns that we had about the building process or any construction details. Additionally, I am grateful for the time that was taken up front with us, prior to the beginning of construction, to address every little detail of our build to ensure that all appropriate costs were captured in the initial budget. The Hatfield team is educated in the building process as well as in local codes and has familarity with inspectors to ensure that they are forewarning you about issues that may come up and incur costs such that you are planning for them in your initial budget. This was all very transparent and done with our best interest in mind. I was impressed and appreciative that because of this, we made it through the entire build process with no "surprise" change orders - only ones for items that we, the clients, legitmately wanted to add.
