My husband and I were ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED with the window project we couldn’t have picked a better Crew. Juan & his Crew were very polite/very respectful/(no outside shoes on brand new carpet) with shoes off socks back & forth they were AMAZING. The clean up was wonderful they left nothing behind. Also I made sure I keep them hydrated with bottle water they were thankful because it was hot. So to some it up I will CHOOSE Juan & The Crew for any future window projects. Finish installing my door I paid 10k for. During the install it was realized the hope for the handle was to small. The installer couldn't add the handle. I've now been handless and have an inoperable door I've paid a lot of money for.

*Update. Installer installed handle and lock backwards. Scratched the door. Champion order another one. 8 weeks later they come to replace the door only to realize the color was wrong. Currently ordering another door and we'll try again in another 8 weeks.

They will do and tell you anything to get you to choose them over someone else. The pressure to make a same day decision was not what I was expecting.

All was completed as promised and on time. No surprises!

Cannot in all good faith recommend this product to anyone. What we anticipated to be a very good product is not the case. Very inconvenient, especially for older people.

Champion just isn't going to be the right choice for everyone. For someone with a standard size window job that is looking for the most affordable short-term option, I wouldn't likely recommend Champion. However, if they have a more specialty window or are looking for a company to have a reasonable price for the warranty and are staying in their house long-term, I would recommend. There was a mistake in my order around full-size screens and they very professionally handled the reordering of the right parts with no questions asked. I appreciate that.

Windows look good but they are hard to open. Didn't expect this from brand new windows.

The siding originally installed was the wrong color. It was rectified but it took several months and not a lot of information about the reorder was communicated. It would have been much better for Champion to let us know the progress in the reorder rather than us having to call to inquire about it multiple times. Simple communication, as in a quick touchbase phone call can go a long way for customers and could help us want to refer you more.
