My husband and I replaced all of our windows in our previous home and loved the product. We recently purchased a few windows for our current home and so far, we are pleased.
We felt like we received a fair price, they delivered pretty much everyting we wanted, product quality was excellent.
The process was easy and almost seamless. The team was incredibly professional.

The pricing and process of our windows was too complicated. My biggest complaint is that we were quoted for a bay window installation /build. When we found out that the installation would require our granite top to be removed, we decided to only replace windows and not do a full bay install. But we were still being charged for a full installation/build. When I questioned the pricing and requested and adjustment, I was told that corporate leadership was unwilling change it, because we already had such a ‘great deal’. I felt like I had to complain in order for the pricing to be corrected. Another issue was that we were told by our sales representative that the installation would include standard white wooden window sills, but none were installed. And finally, there was a number of scratches on a few of the windows that the installers were not able to remove. We would like these to be replaced. As for the installers, they were great and did a great job.

Issue of frosted bathroom window has not been addressed.
Communication. Was told windows would be installed in 8-12 weeks. Reached out at 9 weeks to check status. It took over a week to be told all windows came in several weeks earlier but one was broken. I was told that would check status and give me an installation window. Never heard back. I reached out week 13 and was told they could not give status on weekend, and installation team would reach out on Monday. Early Monday morning I got a call saying all windows were in and they could be installed. Don’t know why they couldn’t tell me on Saturday that the windows were here.
For final payment, I was given the wrong amount via email and text.
the turn time for install seemed very long from the initial signing and 2 payments. Then came a delay on an issue with the windows which turned out to be the same as my neighbors that being the argon gas amounts and altitude. It seemed pretty sad to me two neighbors in the mountains end up with the same problem with a company that has been around a long time. I am very sure Champion has installed windows in the mtns before and that this gas adjustment would be 1st to be done at site AND why is this not a flag on the install info about altitude of install etc. It should be on the contract as input of altitude. I must say, I was mad, disappointed and now cautious. The good input is that Eddie the head installer was fantastic. He is very focused on his work and you can see it in all he does.
Prompt, thorough and honest. They didn’t try to upsell me. I didn’t have enough damage that they thought would warrant a claim so they told not to.
Bathroom window was not installed properly you can hear the outside noise as if the window is open. The service request is also taking over 90 days I have a huge crack in my window as the temperatures have changed.

Since having windows put in, one is all scratched on the outside. The patio door is crooked and consequently rubbing. No one has bothered replying to us which is extremely frustrating and disappointing. We kept our end and made all the payments time? Who knows what else? Completed a complaint and message said 60 to 90 days repair. This is not a repair.
Work was great, but id love to stop getting hounded about paying a bill I already paid. It's not my fault you don't track your payments well enough. Stop treating me like I didn't pay b/c of your poor book keeping.
Everything from the salesperson to the final install went perfectly. Everyone was very friendly, salesperson not pushy, people calling to set the appointment to the installation . The installers, Jason and his crew were awesome. Very friendly and polite. I'll definitely call Champion when we decide to replace some other windows and definitely would ask for the same installers.
Knowledge in product.
Great product, but the quality control and installation process was not ideal. Ordered in October, installed most windows in early Jan and final window fixed in Aug. Several trips out but multiple people to check, recheck and install, yet still gaps or issues remained after most visits.
