We worked with Scholl on a (nearly) whole home remodel. Despite supply chain issues and some supplier difficulties, Scholl was a constant positive in the process. They are trustworthy, they care, and they were very easy to communicate with throughout. The work was high quality, too, and we are happy with the results.

I really like working with Jeff, the work done has been very good so far. The pace is maddening. There have been far more non-working days than working days while our house is torn apart.

This project is not being done for a bargain price, especially considering the actual amount of time there are people here working. We thought going with a larger company while more expensive would give us less headaches and faster, more professional result. I think it just gave us a higher price.

The poor deck guy is all by himself struggling to haul lumber back and forth and install these heavy pieces by himself. We are paying more than we paid for our first house yet there is no urgency to get done in a reasonable time frame. I know its covid. Its covid in our business too, we put forth extra effort to get things done.

I feel like I paid for a first class flight and got stuck on spirit. I'm still getting where I need to go, but the trip is miserable.

I find everybody to be very organized and easy to work with. They are pleasant and very helpful. They kept the project moving as to the schedule we agreed to.

It has been my pleasure to have worked with clients who have contracted with Scholl Construction to have their custom home built. As an interior designer, I help my clients select and design every exterior and interior finish for their new home. Working with my clients it is evident Peter Scholl pays attention to all details in the entire scope of building a project from the ground up. Today it takes a small army of professionals to have a home built. Scholl’s work begins long before a any shovel enters the ground on a project. Peter listens intently to his clients to learn exactly how they want their home to function and look. These meeting also include in depth conversations about budget. Working closely with the architect, all aspect of the project are mapped out. Scholl has great knowledge of each municipalities required codes and makes certain all codes are met. There is always open communication between Scholl Construction and the clients. Trade professionals are scheduled and often rescheduled due to things like weather, adjustments for time conflicts and normal construction issues. Steadily and continuously timelines are met and the home is completed. Scholl never stops until the client is happy and loves their new custom home. We worked with Scholl construction for a custom home build. We worked closely with Pete at the beginning. Both Pete and his team were very helpful in our selections and helped put our dream to paper. We were super excited when everything started. We were making great progress and moving along nicely until we hit a wall. Pete made sure to handle the issue swiftly as any great business owner who cares about his customers would. With any build there are hurdles, compromises, and certain things you just cannot control. But we can honestly say if it wasn’t for Pete and Chris, this review would have been a lot different! These guys make dreams come true! We now have a beautiful home for our family and could not be happier with the results! Thanks to the entire team at Scholl Construction for everything!

The work was done very well. All construction issues were remediated quickly. The scheduling and communications around the plans for each day/week were less than we (first time remodelers) expected.

Have worked with Scholl Construction on several projects. The foremen and sub-contractors have all been extremely professional!! Their response to any problems during or after the project has always been very timely and completed as expected. It has also been a pleasure to work with the knowledgeable office staff.

This is the second time I've hired Scholl Construction. Excellent quality, excellent workmanship.
