This was as easy as house buying and building gets.

I never wanted to build a house because of all the decisions that had to be made, and heaven only knows what it might turn out to look like. But, the M-F family not only made the process easy, but it was also fun!!! We are so very pleased with all the choices we made, from the neighborhood, all the way down to the door knobs!!! We couldn’t be happier with the process, the people, or our home! Everyone including Darren, Jeff, Holly, and Shawn have all been so pleasant and professional - always there to take care of every question or concern! Believe it or not, I would do it all over again - the whole experience really was a joy!!! Thank you all very, very much!!!

I have had some issues with drainage and a few minor details that I had listed in my 30 day warranty I've had to contact them twice and still the issues have not been resolved

When going into this process of building a home we were very nervous with all the horror stories we had heard about how bad the process was, but that was not the case. It was a very easy process with very little stress or hassles. They have the system down and know exactly how to get the job done and done correctly. We are feeling very blessed that we have the home of our dreams.

Quality of the workmanship, we are both from construction families and followed the build on a daily basis. We looked for two years at many builders in the construction faze and were both pleased with the Mashburn Faires workmanship and quality. Working with their staff has been a pleasure, they are all very friendly, helpful, patient and a credit to Mashburn Faires.

We got a quality built home. Need to keep out of town customers better informed. Design Center was lacking on choices & presentation. The first construction manager was wonderful. The second construction manager was not considerate of his customers.
