Reps response time to messages was pretty slow and several neighbors dropped them because of it.
I had a hail damage and replaced my roof. After the roof was replaced, I had some water spots on my ceiling inside my house. After Legacy replaced the roof. There was no initial damage to begin with other than the hail damage. I had the roof replaced for minor hail damage and ended up having roof leakage.
My salesperosn Brandon Mutcher was my main contact, and his customer service exceeded my expectations. He gave me a lot of information regarding what would be done, and I was very satisfied working with him. Brandon was very good, and he exceeded my expectations for the service I expected to get. He went above and beyond to call me while he was sick in the hospital. He showed exceptional concern by taking the time to deal with any problems I had and to make sure everything was going alright.
Very informative! Also kept us updated every step of the way ! Worked with the insurance company! Very easy to work with.
Poor communication of estimated start times. Numerous assurances of escalation and top priority with additional weeks of delay. Roofing crew was through and cleanly, the siding crew was careless and messy (new nails in driveway, nails and utility knife blades left in the yard). Additional delays (~30 days) were incurred dure to Legacy sending an estimate for another clients property to my insurance claim adjuster.

We are very pleased with the entire experience we had with Legacy Restoration. We HIGHLY recommend Legacy Restoration!!
The process took > 2 years from start to finish. Getting any answers out of Legacy was next to impossible. Most of our neighbors with similar damage went with other companies were finished within 2-3 months. We (the homeowners) had to drive all of the answers out of the Insurance company and the Legacy team - following up on a weekly basis without answers for months at a time. We could go on but overall we were very disappointed.
Workmanship was excellent. Cleanup could not have been better, and pricing stayed within the limitations as set forth by my insurance adjuster. There were no surprises on the final invoice.
I would never recommend this company. Over 2 years for siding and roof and I am still having issues with my siding falling off my house.

I would recommend legacy but I would also say to make sure and really look over the work that is being done on you home.

I was apprehensive to pursue a new roof but Legacy was recommended by my insurance agent and I was very impressed with their knowledge, flexibility, patience with my stupid questions, and caring-wanting to do their very best!

Legacy Restoration started the job in May 2022 and did not complete the job until July 2023.
Issac, who we worked with, was astute as well as the team who came in. They were helpful in assisting in the insurance claim, the people who did the work were great at letting us know what they were doing and when they were doing it, communicated well. The services were good.
