We are very pleased with the entire experience we had with Legacy Restoration. We HIGHLY recommend Legacy Restoration!!

The process took > 2 years from start to finish. Getting any answers out of Legacy was next to impossible. Most of our neighbors with similar damage went with other companies were finished within 2-3 months. We (the homeowners) had to drive all of the answers out of the Insurance company and the Legacy team - following up on a weekly basis without answers for months at a time. We could go on but overall we were very disappointed.

Workmanship was excellent. Cleanup could not have been better, and pricing stayed within the limitations as set forth by my insurance adjuster. There were no surprises on the final invoice.

I would never recommend this company. Over 2 years for siding and roof and I am still having issues with my siding falling off my house.

I was apprehensive to pursue a new roof but Legacy was recommended by my insurance agent and I was very impressed with their knowledge, flexibility, patience with my stupid questions, and caring-wanting to do their very best!

Legacy Restoration started the job in May 2022 and did not complete the job until July 2023.

Issac, who we worked with, was astute as well as the team who came in. They were helpful in assisting in the insurance claim, the people who did the work were great at letting us know what they were doing and when they were doing it, communicated well. The services were good.

The salesman was really good. I have no idea how we eneded up going with Legacy Restoration, but it was all due to the salesman.

The whole process was easy, open, fast and on time. The quality was superb.

Legacy Restoration was hesitant on doing things to my house. They did my roof, but they took forever to get it done. It was on the books for December and didn't get finished until April. I imagine they're busy.

Legacy Restoration did a good job, and I am very satisfied with the project.

Legacy has been professional and expediate. They were efficient, communicated throughout the process despite out of control delivery issues. We order windows and the company that we ordered from took too long.

The gentleman who came out here to check our roof was the only contact we had. He was very lax with calling back. Even when I received a check from insurance, it took him a week to call me back. I did not know if he received my message or not, as he was so hard to get in contact with in person. I ended up leaving multiple messages that went unanswered.

Legacy Restoration was very easy to work and communicate with. And when my insurance company became a little challenging to work with, Legacy Restoration worked to sort it out and continued to keep me in the loop.

They did what they said and were timely.

They were not the best with communication. I felt like I waited a long time to hear back from the sales person. It took 3 weeks to hear back from him.

Make sure you're really clear and precise on what you want, and what you expect to get done. Do not leave any gray areas.

Despite some logistical setbacks (communication, organization), the work looks really good. We're still waiting on a final detail to be fixed.

Every member of the crew that worked on the project did a good job. They did a great job cleaning up when the job was complete, and I was very satisfied with the work they did.

The follow-up was poor.

The quality from beginning to end was very poor. From planning to management to executing the project, it was all poorly managed. They were terrible at communicating with me and did not follow the schedule or respond to me in a timely manner. They also damaged my fascia and driveway when they replaced my roof, which took months for them to repair.

Extremely professional local organization. Job was done well and on schedule.

We felt that the work was good, but we felt the company got ahead of themselves in that they did too many jobs in our area and were not able to cover them in a timely manner. We had a couple of things on our roof that needed attention, but they went so fast that by the time we could see what had been done, it was too late.
