After living here a year I have learned if builders who offer more, better quality, for the cost.

Home infested with ants and already have problems and realized a lot of short cuts taken causing issues scares me with what future problems I might have further down the road. Mortgage company was horrible. They wouldn’t give me my credit because I had to go to another company because they couldn’t get my stuff done and they were asking for things that no Mortgage person asked for on top of it all a very long process and within the time that we change from the 1 mortgage company to the other right before we closed all the prices of houses dropped because it was your end and they didn’t drop our price of our house any and it was the first one Bill and the oldest one out there which I feel like we lost out on savings because of that. Or we could’ve picked another house that was cheaper if we decided to, but we weren’t given that option because of how long the process took. And they added wooden things to our house after the fact of signing the contract and they still haven’t painted them.

We have actually already recommended Ashton Woods in Patterson Ranch to someone and feel comfortable doing so again in the future. Our experience with both Jim and Alex played a big part in that. We also really appreciated the mortgage options and incentives that were offered, which helped make the purchase possible for us. I can’t speak for other Ashton Woods neighborhoods, but we love telling people about our experience here.

I would absolutely not recommend Ashton Woods Homes. Our sales associate was wonderful, but after her, it was a nightmare. We thought it was going to be amazing because of her, but from project management onward, including their manager, it was just a nightmare. She was great, and while some of the first line of defense people may be great, buyers should beware.

We would love to have our friend living in the same neighborhood as is

I can’t believe how many things our third party inspector found wrong. Do it right the first time and save yourself some money and us the frustration!

The warranty request process has been horrible and we have wasted a lot of time waiting on people who do not show up. I have a broken shelf and cracks that need attention, as well as a master bedroom door that would not lock. This has been extremely draining and time consuming.

Great customer service.

I like the home a lot but they are just slapped together quick and put people through a system as if we weren't dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars. Small details are an issue and before closing I mentioned the roof had separated boards. The solution was to literally nail a small 2x4 sideways to it because they didnt feel like actually correcting it. That will be fixed by warranty and correctly.

Great service at the end of the home buying process!

The process of buying our home and the first year of living in it were amazing. First, Peter helped us find the perfect home, after showing us so many and listening to what we were looking for. I am sure you know this, but he is an amazing representative for your company. Then we met Brian, who built the house, and he was thorough and friendly. He finished ahead of schedule and was constantly in touch with us during the process. Then we got our home and met Audillio, who took such fantastic care of our home during this year. I cannot tell you how great he was. He was on top of everything. He coordinated with electricians for lights, and he helped with even the smallest details of things that needed a tweak. When we did our inspection before the year-end, he reviewed it, scheduled everything, and personally came over and fixed things, even discovering little things the inspector missed. He is phenomenal and just takes customer service to a new level. We are so grateful for what he does and how amazing well he does it.

I am very satisfied with my new home and my experience with Ashton Woods. The entire process was smooth, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have lived in several new construction homes during my adult life. My Ashton Woods home is probably the best built house I’ve ever lived in.

Too many issues upon moving in, Constant AC, Septic issues, baseboard pulling away from the drywall.
