Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the arrival on time and the organization that they had in order to get the job done was really phenomenal. The individual, John, that we worked with, was extremely great at keeping us advised and providing pictures of the roof in progress. It was just a very good experience.

He was very honest and I like that. I had met with someone else from another company and he was badmouthing John. I had decided then that I wanted WaterTite Exteriors to do my project.

We had a few showings of the home while they were putting the roof on. They were very mindful and cleaned the steps. They made sure that was it ready for people to come and look at the home. John was here while they put the roof on and that was surprisingly unusual; he was here through the whole thing walking me through the whole procedure.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Watertite completely replaced and upgraded my entire roof due to hail damage. Six months later, when a 40 foot tree fell on my house, they were my only call. John took care of the entire matter including acting as liaison with my Insurance company and assisting me to make sure I received complete satisfaction.
