I am UN-likely to recommend Thompson Creek for any worked based on the very poor experience I had with them about a month ago.

Meticulous install of tub to shower. Did not rush and kept me informed .

Customer service was outstanding.

It took too long. They drew it out four months. The work is good the customer service is not.

I have been trying for over 2 months to receive a call back regarding a few issues that have not been corrected.

Recommended Thompson creek to two of my neighbors. Happy to report the first, second, and top floor my corner of the condo building has Thompson creek windows.

Ordered a door in May of 21 that was installed in August. Everything seemed fine but the lock was damaged, so I withheld a few hundred dollars from my payment until the product was installed as ordered. They came out to fix the door in September, but couldn’t get it right. After several attempts, they ended up installing a different lock than the one I ordered. It looks ok, but doesn’t match the rest of the hardware. The project coordinator and I agreed that they would wipe the remaining balance in lieu of providing the lock that matched my hardware. This was in December. Now I get text messages every other day saying to call about an issue with my contract. They assure me everything is ok and not to worry. They tell me they can’t remove my number from the auto text list and to ignore them. I asked the manager, Xavier for an email stating my account has a zero balance and I don’t need to worry about it. He has said twice he would send one, but I still don’t have this email. I have no faith they will rectify my situation. I fear I will still be dealing with this nonsense six months from now. Stay away!

Thompson Creek had done a front door for us because they replaced a bay window. For the past week, I have been trying to get in contact with them because there is a crack in the bay window that they installed.

Thompson Creek is a good quality service and you get what is expected.

This is our third project that Thompson Creek has completed for us and we are totally satisfied with each process from first contact contact with sales person to saying thank you to the installer. Each have been very professional while also being courteous and friendly. The cost of each project has been within our planned budgets, so we are satisfied with pricing also. We were especially impressed with the installers. We have talked to our neighbors, family and friends about Thompson Creek. Thank you for a job well done!

My overall experience with Thompson Creek was positive. From the initial sales meeting, to the scheduler, to the installation, the employees at Thompson Creed were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The process was clearly communicated and I am very happy with my new windows!

Our entire house is all Thompson Creek Windows now. We did it in a few phases since it is a bit expensive replacing them all at once, but we really like the quality.

The installers were also on time. They didn't get done the first day, so the guy came back the second day and finished up just before it started raining.
