Your staff did not complete the unfinished work that was described to Derek Durfee that included: marking the pipes that were installed as a pass-through below the pavement, cleaning up the many rocks and redwood particles that were dug up to install the pavers, I was told that your staff would be coming out to complete these tasks about a month ago and no staff showed up to do the work, my wife has been in and out of the hospital many times during this project and I have been preoccupied with her care and treatment, the last staff who came out to clean up the rocks and redwood debris did not speak English so I have no way to communicate other than one staff showing me his phone with a message from Derek, non-English speaking staff was not an issue with me but when I needed to communicate it was not possible.

The main part was excellent. However, in the process, there is a clean-up they failed to do. I haven't had the bandwidth to do what they should have done. After three tries, they still haven't done it.

They are a great company. They completed a large project very expeditiously.

Very professional and through. They took good care of me and the project. They walked the job every day and made sure all the punch list items were identified and fixed. Very very happy! They are the best! They got insurance, bond, restroom, materials, good labor...amazing! Octavio V and Johnathan N are the best!

From start to finish, everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Everyone took such pride in their work, and that shows in the finished project.

I waited 10 years to have my driveway redone with pavers. They not only look beautiful, they are sustainable, allowing water to drain thru, down into the earth. So it is a win-win-win!

They were flexible with me; I had a project happening in parallel, and they offered me the flexibility. The initial person was always open and responsive to my messages and acted on them. The project manager was excellent at listening and handling my requests and was very responsive.

We liked the negotiation skills and patient personality of the sales person. Then we were greatly impressed with the quick process from start to finish of the actual project. The crew worked extremely hard and were always willing to politely and positively respond to any suggestions or questions. For sure would recommend to anyone looking for any outdoor renovation work. The quality of work is great. Although there was a delay in timeline but I was constantly communicated about it by Oscar, our awesome Project manager.
