Doesnt include parapet wall install method as part of the work covered by labor warranty and doesn't disclose up front that proper manufacturer specifications for substraight condition isn't his concern on parapet walls. Rubber no longer fully adhered to parapet, roof leaks after one year, drip edge doesn't keep water out due to lack of size and overlaps, he will only caulk or patch gaps when called about leaks but the installation was originally faulty and I am out of recourse because I can't afford lawyers to enforce my warranty. Waste of $18240 of disability money and almost impossible to get a detailed review of my situation posted anywhere. 30 years in business and less than 200 reviews and i can't get my critical one posted for over Year now. I know better now

The craftsmen working on the copper flashings took pride in their work, and their attention to detail was exceptional. I have a small flat roof in the back of my house, that needed attention. Salgau Roofing recommended a sort of rubberized paint over the existing covering, which I agreed to, and which was applied a while ago, efficiently and at modest cost. The material has worked just fine. It has proved durable, holding up to summer sun, winter cold, snow, and ice, and spring and fall deluges.

Best experience with a contractor ever. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. Work was completed in one day, and the results (new roof) looks awesome. Of the three estimates I requested, theirs was the lowest, and they offered 1 year-same as cash terms. They also used the same quality Owens Corning products that the others use. I will recommend Salgau to anyone who asks.

Had several other roofing contractors look at flat roof that was leaking, they had suggested tear off and rebuild with slope costing $10,000! Salgau said only need to tear off existing and re roof with proper rubber roof product under $2000. Two years later no leaks what so ever! Workers were very polite, kept job site clean and went above and beyond on quality install!
I will be using them on reroof to entire house in future to a 1917 home.
