Trinity was very attentive to my concerns and was always available to answer any questions I had about the project.
If you want an implementation team that truly cares, from start to finish, you can trust and depend on the Trinity team. Ted, Sergio and Jesus are a cohesive collaborative project team that are customer focused at all times. They quite possibly could be the best project implementation team our HOA has worked with to date. No large scale project is perfect, but you can count on constant communication and action plans to rectify concerns in a timely manner. We appreciated the customer focused efforts through all phases of our large scale project.
In a 2/11/2026 communication from Sara Cunningham recapping a phone conversation we had regarding outstanding issues, including roof damage incurred due to the siding crew attaching their equipment directly to our roof, we were explicitly assured that our final invoice payment of $7,000 would not be due until "all outstanding items have been fully resolved". With our roof damage issue unresolved, it was a surprise to us that Sara invoiced us yesterday (3/19/2026) for the remaining balance. When we asked about this, we were told the balance is indeed due, directly breaking the same agreement she made on behalf of Trinity on 2/11. Our response to that was "we are prepared to pay the remaining $7,000 and will do so", and Sara's response to that communication was to threaten to send the balance to collections if we don't.
We explicitly said we would be paying the invoice. Threatening to send us to collections was unprofessional and downright insulting. We have been nothing but patient, accommodating, and responsive, even when ***unauthorized work*** was performed on our home in the form of a gutter/guard/downspout section we never agreed to, and even when Trinity attempted to bill us for that unauthorized work. We were patient when we (not your crew) identified extensive damage that had been done to our fascia by the unauthorized work and with the time that took to resolve.
When we (not your crew) noticed a screen was missing from one of our new windows, we were patient for weeks while that was ordered/delivered. When the city inspector (not your crew) noticed that one of our new windows didn't actually lock because it was defective (missing a critical part), we were patient while that took weeks to resolve through your supplier.
Sara breaking our agreement with Trinity and threatening to send us to collections (when we clearly informed her of our intent to pay the balance of the invoice) has cost Trinity any future business from us and any recommendation we may still have been likely to give.
They have great communication when it comes to getting payments. Terrible communication around when work will be and is getting done.
None when a rebate doesn’t go through.
Trinity Exteriors, Inc are professional, honest, and true to their word—they deliver exactly what they promise.
Overall company values
I cannot give a good or bad recommendation…
We had extensive rain damage due to the shingles being removed and rain pouring in on the entire south side…
The dining and living rooms and an upstairs bedroom was down to the rafters…
It took from July 13th to the end of November to put my house back in order
They broke a skylight shade and replaced it with a cheap shade …
They did remove the popcorn ceiling..
That was the only plus…
I lost the summer and fall for entertaining..
So how would you grade them?
Trinity Exteriors was very easy to work with. They interacted on my behalf with my insurance company & was very well satisfied. I was kept in the loop as far as time frame when projects were to be done. Everybody I dealt with at Trinity was very respectful & responded in a timely manner.
Great communication with salesman, he was able to mostly text, which was handy for my busy schedule
They did a good job.
The timing of the project was terrible - we signed everything and paid at the start of October for an exterior project and didn’t have someone come out until early December when it was freezing and tons of snow. He was very cranky the whole time and gave us no information.
Although I was not interested in roof repair at this time I showed the sales rep a much smaller project that I needed repaired. I had backed my truck into my garage door trim several years ago! Your sales rep came back a day later with a color test strip that matched my trim and estimated the cost of a "new garage door wrap" replacement. I agreed to the estimate and put down a 50% deposit. He estimated that it may be 3 - 4 weeks before a crew could be assigned. I contacted your project planner and worked out a schedule date. Your repair crew showed up as planned, did a great job installing the new garage door wrap, and cleaning up the area when they were done.
My roof and roof windows were installed the week of July 4 and it's now October 19 and the roof window blind was just installed on Friday and the interior trim work has not been completed. It took the window company to get the blind installed. If we took 3 months to get something done in my business we'd be out of business.
We had great Service from our initial call to schedule an estimate through project completion. We have already told neighbors and friends about considering Trinity.
I was very happy with Tyler as the sales person, he let me know what to expect during the project. Jesus was a good manager of his team, we had several walk throughs durning the job. The crew paid attention to detail, so I have a good quality professional job.
Fair pricing, friendly sales rep and crew chief and crew, excellent work, cleaned up yard.
Everyone with Trinity. The trades are courteous and respectful
Fast, and diligent, hard working crew.
Very respectful.
The actual labor is great, but the project was initially described as taking a single day. In fact, it was broken into two phases with the initial work completed the last week of August and the second phase completed on October 29. This was a pretty small project and I wasn't in a particular hurry, but it just shouldn't have taken as long as it did. Additionally, I felt as though I was asking questions and requesting updates when it came to the second phase. A more proactive approach would have been appreciated. In the end, the project was reasonable priced and I'm happy with the workmanship. But I've got another project that I think would be a good fit for Trinity, but I'm not sure I want to engage.

It really comes down to lack of communication - I wasn't notified about project timelines at all, and it felt like our small siding project (in the $4k range) was being repeatedly deprioritized for larger repair jobs. Even then, I would've understood these delays if someone had only reached out and talked to me about them.
Can’t say that I would after the experience. Communication is the backbone, and it was more than lacking in this project. When we finally did get a project manager that was invested, the project was able to be completed but it was a hot mess leading up to that.
Would recommend for siding project but not windows.
I appreciated the clear answers and great communication. Pictures were helpful when trying to understand how urgent our roof need was.
Wonderful staff and work crew. Very easy to work with and they were thorough in all work.
Everything, from the very beginning to the end.
OUTSTANDING! We were very pleased with every aspect of Trinity. The sales person, the office staff, the project manager, the tear-off crew, the install crews...everyone was super knowledgable, super nice, super clean, and super-professional. I never expected that a giant siding project like this could go so smoothly.
As a first time home owner, i feel very confident about the people i have worked with so far to be very knowledgeable and able to explain the work to be done in layman's terms. I have a lot of trust in their advice and their explanations as we discussed my needs and what will be required to achieve them.
Delivered excellent service at every aspect of the project.
Trinity was a pleasure to work with on our project. Good communication and service from the team!
Very processional and reliable company.
Really good job and it was a relatively small projects which was repeatedly ignored by many local companies.
Great service, great price, dedicated crew. They literally replaced 3 roofs in one day. Cleaned that day, then came back the next day to clean more. Then came back another time to make sure everything was perfectly cleaned up and finished.
Very well done. Good clean up!
Communication was terrible.
The Trinity team was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner.
Excellent customer service.
We were pleased with the process - and everyone we came in contact with - from our first meetings with Nick Swanson to discuss what we wanted done through our many interactions with Jesus Camacho Ruiz, our project manager. They listened to us, provided detailed information and addressed every question / request as went through the project
This was our 2nd time using Trinity for a major exterior house project. Everything from the sales cycle through post project was top notch.
Yes, I would recommend.
The experience with Trinity was excellent from the very first meeting with the sales representative. We appreciated the attention to detail. The project manager was on site at some point every day and was in contact by phone for any questions. The crew was skilled and hard-working. They cleaned up every day.
Friendly, competent crew, on time, super-hard workers, well done!!
From the Q&A’s, to in-person visits, to construction and completion, there was the utmost display of professionalism.
Always room for improvement but overall the entire experience went well.
Trinity Exteriors has done 2 different projects on my house and each time it has been a great experience. Very professional, courteous, great communication regarding billing, estimates, and time frame.
I thought they did a very good job. Jesus Ruiz was very good with communicating with us. We used Trinity in the past and will continue using them.
The staff I worked with were always friendly and professional. Always got back to me if I had questions. When the job was complete The project manager came to my door and asked if everything was OK and if I had any questions or problems.
I appreciate quality work and great subcontractors. The installers were really great. I had all the windows in my house replaced and they did it in one day. I felt comfortable with the large crew working in different areas of the house and yard at the same time. Roberto was great at assuring it was all done and communication was good.
I was impressed with the communication, professionalism, and clean up.
Very knowledgeable. Assisted with options. Kind and helpful crews. Always cleaned everything up before leaving.
The professionalism of the people.
