Highly recommend-

PBS was recommended to me by a neighbor as I was looking for help with a home renovation. They took the time to get to know us first and offered suggestions to fit our budget. My parent’s house was wonky at best and their team did their best to work through the more challenging aspects of the project. The quality of the work exceeded expectations.

we have renovated 3 100+ year old properties and PBS is among the best contractors we have worked with. We would highly recommend them without any reservations

All around great experience

Overall the experience was amazing! We have a challenging 200 year old home in which to transform. It has all sorts of different sizes, dimensions and everything is crooked. Joe and his team were very patient to try to find/ create solutions to make it work. The house is still crooked but looks beautiful!

I've already recommended PBS for multiple neighbor inquires already. Everyone who has seen the effort has commented on the looks, and for those who have appreciation for the construction, have all commented on the quality of craftsmanship.

Already did recommend

Great company to work with. They delivered everything that was promised.

From the time the owners first came out to provide us with an estimate for the project, to the time materials were delivered for crew to begin their work, to the time the project was completed, and the time the owners spent coming back to review the completed project was all exceptional.

PBS is courteous, punctual and detail-oriented. If you need your project to be done right, look no further. We had two projects completed by PBS and I couldn’t be happier! I wholeheartedly recommend them without any reservations.

Professional Building Services was a dream to work with.

This is my second project with PBS and they’ve exceeded my expectations again! Looking forward to project number three!

They show up on time, they clean up and they communicate

We had a tremendous experience working with PBS. The new siding and front porch have transformed our house and the project was completed on schedule and on budget with no headaches whatsoever. Jordan, Joe, and Lynn were all wonderful to work with and communication was very good throughout. We were so happy that we are working with them again now on a second project.

Excellent Company across the board, highly recommend!

I highly recommend PBS for its quality of work and attention to detail, including a very pleasant work crew (thank you Roy and Jimmy!) who were delightful to talk to and work with. They were friendly, respectful, very hard working, and made every attempt to make us happy.
The owners of the company with whom we worked on getting the job up and running, were great too. A very knowledgeable and personable “front person” (Jordan) sealed the deal for us on choosing PBS as our company. The general contractor (Joe) who discussed the plan and our preferences in detail, wanted to get everything right and wasn’t satisfied until we were satisfied. We did at least 3 “walk arounds” of the house, at the beginning and twice more during the course of the work, to be sure everything was going according to plan and that no detail was forgotten.
It was great as well, to have a one-stop-shop company, which oversaw all 3 pieces of the work we had done (replaced all of the siding, replaced all of the windows and trim, brought in a gutter company to replace the gutter system).
Communication was very good too. The whole project was mapped out in detail and there were no surprises. Everything was clearly spelled out.
In the one case where we disagreed on a charge, Joe went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied in the end.
Our experience with this company was very positive. We would hire PBS in a minute were we to have more work done in the future.
Thank you PBS!

The PBS team built a wonderful deck and 3 season room that matched our concept and architect's design. It's our new favorite room! The onsite crew was professional, helpful, connected with us regularly with decisions during the process that made the finished product just what we'd hoped for. We would definitely work with PBS on another building project.

My Google review:

The team at PBS are as good as they come. First Joe you're awesome getting design ideas off the ground and coordinating the logistics. The team was always in constant communication (thank you Stacie).

Aaron and his entire team were great to have at the house and the quality of the workmanship speaks for itself in the photos below. The decking can hold over 5-times the full weight of the hot tub, full of water and people (actual pile capacity)!

The team works fast and furious without missing any details. The deck is beautiful and built to last. Great people and great craftmanship, looking forward to the team returning in the summer for the next project! -T

PBS worked with us (VESTA Modular) on the Holderness Schools Dormitory (Caeli Hall) over Spring 2022 and delivered an awesome, quality project. The installers were professional and courteous to work with. I would welcome the opportunity to work with PBS again should we be fortunate enough to work in the NH region again.

I could not let the experience with Professional Building Services go without recognition. Our house has James Hardie siding, but the trim was wood, We saw a few areas that were showing signs of rot that concerned us, since we did not know what the condition of the plywood or house wrap behind the siding. Based on my research of James Hardie authorized dealers, I reached out to Professional Building Services (PBS) and from my initial conversation with Jordan via phone and later to review the project with Jordan and Joe on the property, I knew that we made the right decision. The professionalism from initial contact to the extremely detailed proposal, then the on-site pre-construction meeting where they thoroughly reviewed the work to be performed and right through completion of the project, PBS demonstrated that they are truly second to none. From building a home to the many renovation projects to our properties, we have never received the level of service from a company as we did with PBS. Jordan and Joe were exceptional to work with.

There was an interesting part of the project that needs mentioning. The project required repairs to the chimney that is at least 25 feet high. I ended up having to travel the day PBS was working on this part of the project and I was concerned about what would be found and need to be repaired. Without asking, I actually received pictures from Joe of the issue they found, with a note of what repairs were required and then pictures after completing the fixes before the James Hardie siding was installed. This attention to detail provides customers the assurance that the work was completed properly and also demonstrates that PBS is so confident in their work that they have no issue showing the actual repairs in progress.

There isn't enough room in this review for the accolades that PBS deserves, but if you are looking for a premier James Hardie professional or building contractor, I would highly recommend PBS. Thank you again to Jordan, Joe and the entire PBS staff for such a great experience and we look forward to working with you again in the near future.

I loved all the work performed by Professsional Building Services. They were highly skilled and highly engaging and kept me aware from start to finish and I would highly recommend them.

This was the most professional team I have ever worked with. They are delightful and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My 200 year old farmhouse looks brand new. And they were great with my dogs too. Thanks Jordan, Joe and Roy!

Professional Building Services have been excellent throughout the entire process. We are very pleased.

I would recommend. They were timely. They demand excellence in the quality of work. My project presented some unique challenges and they provided and executed great solutions. The team was competent and friendly. Hands on management to ensure customer satisfaction.
