Due to excessive pricing, I would not be able to recommend LeafGuard. My friends and family aren’t descendants of families with old or new wealth. We’re simply working class poor. However, If I heard any of them mention they were considering your gutter services, I would not discourage them from doing so (tho I would recommend they consider the price per foot!)
Megan was thorough in explaining quality of gutters and answering all my questions. Eddie & Caleb were very polite and efficient in installing the gutters. Great group of people.

Megan's evaluation and sales visit got the ball rolling. Andrew's voice mail to say that the mailer ad would be honored. The installation team of Eddie and Francisco put the gutter system onto our house, resolving water/gutter issues that we have experienced since the summer of 2020. Thank you.

Very expensive and the scheduling was messed up.
Overall, very very positive experience from sales to final installation. However, we *STRONGLY* disliked and resented the "we need you to sign today or we can't ensure this good a deal when you do" approach. I realize it is a common sales tactic, but it puts your sales people in a difficult situation and insults your customer base. It DID cost the other company that we considered the job, and nearly caused us to decline working with Leafguard. Happiness with a previous installation of your product brought us back in. That sales approach was the only negative in what was otherwise a five star experience.
The product and the manner it was put up is fine. My problem with the company is with the salesperson and the way he did me.

The gutters are not adequate when there is snow and ice and extreme cold weather.
The best thing I have ever done for my home. I am very satisfied with them.
