Impossible to reach a person. Sometimes it takes a week or more to receive a call back.

Recently when I needed a lien added to my home policy in the process of obtaining a HELOC loan , the response from Frances was prompt and well done for the loan company. It was appreciated. Anytime I have had a question or requested help the service has been good.

Would rather have one agent within local community, not one for adding policies and another for renewing with neither local. Someone should have proactively altered me and explained why my annual homeowner policy premium is more than doubling.
