Luke was polite, responsive and informative.
I was extremely satisfied with Done Rites installation and pricing of the product.
Great job
Pleasant
Done Rite is one of the finest companies I've dealt with. They did an outstanding job. They are highly professional and highly competitive.
Excellent hardworking and professional team!
There seems to be a lack of communication between the salesmen and the office staff.

My experience with Done Rite Roofing was excellent in every way.
The foreman and his crew did an awesome job. They went above and beyond what I expected them to do.
Done Rite provided great service from the sales to the project manager. Quality product, communications throughout project. Timely completion of project and cleaned up daily.
The work was completed at a fair price and quality installation that was consistent with the sales process.

Clean up was less than great. Found a strip of 22 nails in the side yard in plain site should’ve been picked up. Half of a shingle wrapper left in a palm tree. Damaged two of my outdoor pathway lights.
Everything went very smoothly from start to finish!
Punctual, factual, and professional. What more could you ask for?
Done Rite made everything easy. My entire operation is very professional.
They were on time, and provided quality service. It was great.
Roofers were very efficient and professional. Clean up after the job was done was amazing.
Fast quality work - friendly
Very good experience
The Done Rite Roofing Inc roofing crew was very professional, friendly, and prompt.
I did recommend them to my neighbor.
The price and amount of materials had changed multiple times throughout the process and differed among different employees (foreman, project manager and office staff). We chose Done Rite Roofing because of their rates which were lower compared to competitors. The project was estimated a couple weeks out at first, and then we received a call a couple days later letting us know they would be here the next morning. The crew worked all hours of sunlight and into the evening to finish the job, they were here till about 8:45pm. Upon them leaving, I asked about how much wood was replaced. The employee shared the digital files with me and said about 30 8-foot boards which is equivalent to about 230ft were used. When I received the invoice we were charged 292 ft of 10 foot boards, per the office staff and project manager. After calling them out on this and asking them to show me the 292 ft that was replaced, they were unable to give me an answer and eventually just said 240 ft. We were also told we had 60% of the hurricane clips already installed and would be paying only for the third nail addition to be up to code with hurricane clips completely... therefore we agreed to add hurricane clips. We were later told that we ended up needing 85% replaced per the invoice.
We asked them to come back the next morning to clean the job site as we have dogs and children who regularly use the yard, as we found over 40 nails in the yard ourselves.
Not to mention we had an inspection shortly after and the inspector found boards with only two hurricane clips installed. Therefore, what we paid for was in fact not what we received.
I will definitely recommend Done Rite Roofing!
