The workers who put the roof on were really good. I had no problems at all.

They didn’t do a good job they put drip edge in the wrong place and I had to tell them to take it off were it didn’t belong the shingles were to far past the gutters I had them cut the shingles back to be even with the gutters and it took them four days to do it because there were not enough shingles and they cannot cut a straight line

I am satisfied with the quality of the roof; however, I am not pleased with the Customer Service Representative. I am still waiting for a return call from them, and the lack of communication has been disappointing.

We had a lot of issues, and the bid that was quoted by the project manager, who did not keep up with the project correctly, was almost double the price when completed.

They were pretty timely when it came to answering my questions, but towards the end they kind of fell off.

You have not provided the necessary documentation needed by my insurance company.

I’ve been waiting over a month for someone to come finish the job and I have contacted the company 8+ times and haven’t gotten a call back. Crew that started the job went through our shed and personal belongings. They also opened our crawl space for no reason and left it open so rain water got into it. I was also lied to in the beginning that the payments wouldn’t start until 60 days after install but got a call from the loan company 2-3 week later asking what the hold up was.

The very top shingles were cracked and they fixed it by using some sort of glue.

Best Choice Roofing does substandard work, fails to complete tasks as promised, and fails to make the necessary corrections. The work's quality is terrible. However, the office staff is pleasant.
