I have been in this house for 25 years. The house was built in 84 and we bought it in 98. There were some questionable interior spots on the ceiling. The next year, in 1999, Yowell's Roofing Co. put a roof on. My insurance company was not going to renew based on the age of the roof, without even looking at it. The roof still looked good. I could have gotten 3-4 more years out of it. However, they said they wouldn't renew my policy. The only people I called were the only people I knew. They came in and took the old roof off and put the Owens Corning product on. I didn't call anyone else. They were just as efficient and professional now, as they were then.
This is the 2nd roof they did for me.
I have know Johnny Yowell for years, and you don’t stay in business for 40+ years in a small town unless you do good work…and they do! They showed up on time,,did a great job, left the place clean with the exception of some roofing nails left behind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for a re-roof or repair.

Yowell's Roofing Co is an excellent roofer. The only thing lacking was the sheet metal work. They removed the eaves and they were not good at putting them back up.
The roof turned out beautifully, love the shingles, but did not finish facia to our satisfaction. Clean up was very unsatisfactory and we had to do a lot of the clean up ourselves. Our existing gutters were damaged and not repaired. Had Yowell’s out here to address our concerns and they have never returned to work out our issues. We had Yowell’s replace our first roof 20 years ago and we were very satisfied. That is why we chose to use them again. I would not, however, based on our recent experience recommend them.
