On multiple levels this company blew it!

Attention to detail! Stan was SUPER!

Everyone we had here was absolutley great. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.

Only did half of the job that was paid for, then changed our contract without informing us. Also our point of contact was either let go or quit and we weren’t informed of not having a new point of contact or given a new one. Job manager showed up for an appointment 45 minutes late without informing us he was going to be late.

We weren’t informed treated disrespectfully and rude by the person we finally got to speak with.

I have 2 projects. The simple one bath was not a big problem but the custom, bigger project took over 1 year. They could have done a much better job in project management.

In home consultation was key. YHIC rep instilled confidence in the company, the product, and the quality of the installation. I also appreciated the broad range of financing options.

We were extremely pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, and final result. We'd use them again.

The cost was quite great. We almost cancelled . The quality of the work and materials were worth it in the end.

Had 4 occasions of no-shows, with no contact either before or after the missed appointments. Response to phone calls and/or emails was sporadic at best. They missed every date they promised installation, and at one point left me without a toilet and shower for 6 days, even after promising they'd take care of it the next day. Work was acceptable, but all deliveries were months late, and no appointments were kept when promised.

No Home Improvement company has EVER done a better job than Home Improvement Portland!!!!

Your Home Improvement messed up everything on my shower. Everything is a mess. They're coming back on Monday. They tore the sheetrock when they took my other shower out and told me they didn't do the painting. It wasn't the painting I had a problem with. It was the sheetrock I had a problem with, and they didn't want to fix it. The doors are hanging cock-eyed, and the caulking is uneven. In some places it's thin, and in some places it's thick.

Your Home Improvement was very wonderful to work with from beginning to end.

They did great work finished on time and were friendly.

Nothing was on time not even the workers. Both our master windows fog up when it’s cold and they won’t do anything about it. Poor service.
