There were many areas of concern with the project, the contractor, communication, responsiveness of project manager, and regional person.

They did a great job. Although it was a little too late after I agreed to do the project, I think the price was a little higher than what I should have been charged. I am also having Nathan come back to readjust the shower doors the way I want them once he gets back in town.

The quality of work/installation is substandard, the quality of the windows is horrible (dirt blows through triple pane windows) too much to list! I contacted KC and haven’t received any response.
