How quickly the old was removed and the new shower installed.

They were on time and efficient.

We finally have a functional shower, nine months later than we were told it would be installed, and one year after we signed a contract with Home Improvement and wrote a check for half the cost.

Everyone was very professional from the estimator to the finished product. Everything was good.

They did exactly what they said they would. They did it sooner than expected and finished in one day! Also keep in contact through out the entire process

Have my neighbors and kids what a great job was done and on such a timely manner. Everyone was great to work with and questions answered promptly.

The only disappointment was the cost. Most people including us, would not be able to afford to do this. For the amount of hours that it took, that's a very high amount. We have since checked into cost of doing the whole bathroom now and we can do the whole thing...all ceramic tile removed, the walls fixed from the tiles being removed and painted, the new floor and the new 6 ft. counter top and sink etc. will be about a1/4 of the cost of just doing the shower.

Laid out rug on floor to help keep mess down. Carpenter was pleasant.
