We are extremely happy with our new windows from Window Nation! Our salesman, John Reddin, provided information and answered our questions to our satisfaction and ultimately gave us a quote and wrote a contract to purchase windows for our entire home. The project manager, Julio Lopez, did a great job with installation. He and his crew arrived on time and were very professional, efficient, honest, hard-working, and conscientious. Julio communicated with us and kept us informed about each step of the process. They were very careful with our property and belongings, draping yards and yards of plastic over everything to ensure there was no damage. (There was none!) They did a very thorough clean-up removing all the old windows and debris. We would request Julio & his crew if we were ever in need of any additional windows and/or doors. We would give our highest recommendation for Julio, his crew and Window Nation.

Installation was good, however one front window was removed without having new window on the van. Foreman asked if they could come back the next day and install new window, leaving one room exposed overnight. I asked why the old window was removed without having the new window on the van. He replied there wasn't room on the van to being with the other windows. I replied go get the window and protect my home, which they did. This was a rush job which should have taken a day and a half to do properly.

Mr Aguilar is very professional yet personal. He wasn't a salesman, he was my fellow community member. The installation team(Jerry and his crew) was stellar! Professional and courteous with eagle eyes attention to detail.: I would gladly work with them again and have them in my home.

Everyone was nice , communication lacking , process from measure to install was a mess , cancelations , bad measurement , installation ran long .

The men who installed our windows, did a superb job 👌. We were very pleased with their work, their professionalism and they were very friendly.

Caulking not always smooth and some siding was broken while installing windows. I was not told.
