My wife, Carol‘s initial contact with the Mace's left her with a very strong and confident first impression. The recommendations we received from our friends who had used their services recently were outstanding. As we went through the assessment process, they explained everything thoroughly and answered the questions in a clear and understandable manner. They were not only approachable and reliable, but they bent over backwards to stay in contact with us and update us. Our roof and gutter repair and replace involved hail damage. They handled everything with the insurance competently and took all the hassle away from us.
Prior to and during the installation, John did an incredible job of diagnosing the damages and ensuring they were fully corrected. This involved not only professional knowledge and experience, but physical effort as well! As we were making choices regarding the shingles, gutters, and the downspouts there are lots of decisions to make about functionality,colors and aesthetics. I can assure anyone considering a professional roofing company that without a doubt Tonya and John helped us make the best possible choices. They had incredible good taste, and very practical recommendations regarding gutter guards or protections that would specifically for the types of trees, leaves, and debris for our property. they came to our home and brought samples, photographs of different options colors that would match our existing columns, window frames, pickets and gates. The finished product was a huge enhancement of the curb appeal of our home. My wife and I are extremely grateful to Tonya John and their entire team. We had high expectations and they exceeded them. They did everything. They said they would do on time and more. The area was completely clean when finished.
