Sam assured me that would not be the case, but I was skeptical if I’m being honest. I should have never doubted him as once Nick and Patrick were done you would have thought the windows had been installed before the trim was put in - amazing!

Windows are beautiful and the Weber Team was easy to work with. Sam the salesman was straightforward. Jeff the owner visited the worksite. WORK SCOPE:Many wood windows had to be replaced and several others required professional attention. Hardware and screen upgrades were also performed on a few of the older remaining windows.PROJECT HISTORY:During the early stage of selecting our window replacement contractor one major criteria was, can the original look of the window replacements be preserved. Since we had prior experience with Weber Windows and assured that our original look would be preserved we signed the work contract. Every part of the project was done professionally and with great attention to detail. The work scope was completed on time and at the stated cost. Mr. Weber was often present and was concerned with our satisfaction as the work progressed and after it was completed.

It was good job for a fair price.

I give them an unqualified recommendation to any friend or neighbor who is considering replacement windows.I am a repeat customer. 10 years ago, Jeff and the Weber Windows team installed 14 premium vinyl replacement windows for us. Jeff and his team exceeded expectations for product quality, installation, and after-sale service. My wife and I were so pleased that when we contracted last Spring to buy a different house, we got in touch with Jeff to replace the original builder-grade windows.We bought the ProVia "Endure" windows. They have very good air infiltration specs, and we had a good selection of energy-saving glass packages to choose from. The Weber crew put the new windows in about a month ago. Jeff and Carole paid us an on-site visit during installation, and he called me a couple of weeks after the install to get my feedback. He always asks, "How did we do? Is there anything we can do better?" They have refined their installation process since last time...better caulk and foam materials and a very nice finished look. The crew protected our carpets with drop cloths during installation, and they cleaned up thoroughly leaving behind only the new windows.
