Siding was done well, covered up dryer vent (good thing my friend noticed it before it caught on fire). Put eves down spout on backwards so it drained towards the foundation. Deck railing was good. Still waiting for an end cap. Customer service needs a lot of training.

Quality and workmanship was very good. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner, and hauled away all the old materials. The price for the job came in slightly higher than what I was expecting, but that being said, they installed a new ridge vent and new flashing on the perimeter of the roof, (and I wasn't expecting that), so that may have been the difference in price. The workmanship was excellent, and I would rather pay a little more for a quality job done on time, then to pay less and have issues. I would surely recommend them. They even followed up with me after they completed the job, to make sure everything was satisfactory, something most business operations don't do today. Professional job! Very satisfied!
We had some high winds that caused some of the shingles to come off and they came out right away to fix it.
The salesman was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. We went out of town during the install and when we came back, the roof was completed. We had a terrific experience.
