Bauer Estates LLC builds the Wausau Homes in Spring Valley and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone due to all the issues we are/have had with them.

As builders, we strive to deliver quality homes and provide a positive experience for all our clients. That said, it’s important to acknowledge that successful projects depend on mutual communication, collaboration, and respect throughout the process. In this case, you dropped the ball on paying us at the successful completion of your project. While we regret the outcome, we believe we acted in good faith to address concerns and deliver a quality home. When you didn’t return that good faith, we had no choice but to hold you accountable and put a lien on your house until you paid us for the completion of the project. PSA to other contractors, have a good contract and know your lien rights when you have a homeowner try to bully you or take advantage of the situation and not pay you after moving in. Had we not had this, we would have been out 35K.
