Our Wausau home was built in a very timely manner. We had very little setbacks or problems in our process. Our General Kory Belmont ALWAYS answered his phone when we called him, that was by far the most important thing we felt in our total journey in our process to the finish line !!!! We had no idea of the Quality of Wausau Homes because we came in Blind about the Company with no Referral in hand ?? Very Happy with Kory & Crew along with the Wausau Homes Company !!! I would recommend the home, but I would not recommend Cold Spring. We had great difficulty with the builder. The home is fine, but not the builder.

Final Design - I absolutely LOVE the end result. I did make several / ok maybe lots of changes from the original plans but all that went well.

Contact - I’m a widow and I just didn’t want to deal with daily issues that could possible show up. Having made all my decisions early on and then locking in the price, I felt it was the best route for me and least stressful .

Differentiating Factors - The main thing is the timeliness and staying on budget were really two key factors for me.

Additional Comments - Everybody was very responsive. The few problems we had they did resolve. We made changes and they worked with us and gave us pricing and it was a wonderful process!

Kory and Jody were great to work with and even during a pandemic, our house was finished within budget and we LOVE it!! I do wish that during the planning they had technology to “show” us what we were picking would look like, from floor plan to flooring/counter tops/cabinetry to paint colors. It would have been nice to have a visual.
