Overall, VERY please with Watertight. During the roof replacement, there was a bad storm, and I had a bit of ceiling damage due to this. With the severity of the storm, I don't think there was anything else Watertight could have done to prevent it. They took care of the situation for me though, no questions asked. The quality of the materials and work completed was top notch, and the site cleanup was impeccable. Couldn't even tell they had been here once the work had been done. I need to have some windows replaced next spring, and will be calling Watertight back to do the work for me. Highly recommend.
I am pleased with the work and interaction with this company. They were able to get someone out to give me an estimate the day after contacting them, even when I contacted them late in the day. I was given a rough estimate and even told about potential other work they could do. However, it never felt like a sales pitch, it was meant to be informative. I was given the option of adding other tasks to the estimate. Once I got the estimate, I asked for a few adjustments and they were provided in a timely manner. They then moved my scheduled work day up due to the weather forecast that week. I appreciated the fact that they modified their work schedule in a way that it made logical sense rather than treating it as "wait your turn in line". I would have been fine with that, but the way it was done was more efficient.

Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Watertight Roofing Services LLC as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
