There were a couple of little things, but they took care of it.

This review is strictly for manager Mike. The actual workers were great. Mike is lacking in the slightest degree of customer service skills and professionalism. He failed to communicate in a timely manner through the process unless he was asking where the check was.

Washington Water Restoration saved the day after we walked into our house after a vacation and found water throughout our first floor. They came to the house quickly and worked fast to mitigate the damages. Abel and his crew were professional, efficient and wonderful to work with. This was an incredibly stressful time for us and they were extremely helpful in keeping us calm, thoroughly explaining the process, and providing reassurance. I highly recommend their services.
For the most part, crew was very polite and respectful. The crew are inexperienced and so actions resulted in further damage and complicated future repair. Management is not respectful or responsive to any issues that arise. The management are not customer service oriented and don't care to be questioned on process. They are not truthful and do not resolve issues. They challenge the customer. The charges are exorbitant and tasks are inflated on final billing.
