I am amazed at how nice of a job they did !!
Shawn met with us on Sunday because we are very busy. He helped us with financing with great terms. The installation crew was awesome. We have a big house and had all the old material off in one day. I knew the car port was in bad shape. They showed me and replaced all the rotted wood and covered it the right way. They put the new roof on the house in 2 days and cleaned up everything including walking around with a magnet. They all were very professional and friendly.
They did a great job, I rate them all Five Stars.
I understand the materials are good for 50 years but the installation is good for 1 year. I think that should be longer.
Shawn was terrific about coming out to the house several times. He was methodical, knew his stuff, and answered questions in a way that was easy and straight forward. His crew was terrific, they came in and they were un-intrusive. I can't stay enough about them. I would definitely go with them again to have any work done.

Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Universal Windows Direct of Manchester as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
